  U cant have two sets of rules and say its 27mph slower. Beacuse the KZ's top speed was its medium speed from set rule one what your comparing to the bugattis top speed in rules 2. So doesnt count as a comparison

  The reason it's not official is because of the wind and track, if you do the run down a hill with a 30mph tailwind, is it the cars actual top speed? By doing it both ways, you cancel these factors out. The Bugatti went faster, but that's not the same as having the highest top speed.
