I smiled for the entire video remembering the drive. Thanks so much for capturing the moment when we thought the road repair guys where going to dump a huge bucket of dirt on our van! From my view out the passenger window it looked like it was much closer.

Wonderful drive in the far north of Canada, the landscape looks wonderful, the lake was stilll completely frozen in may. As the area is very remote, almost no traffic on the road, a very comfortable drive through the amazing landscape. Thanks a lot for sharing the video, subbed, I am waiting for more. We've driven this many times, and your treatment does justice to it. I appreciate the ambient sound instead of Jimmy Buffet music or some such, stopping at vista points, incorporating Google Earth images for context and I assume some drone shots. The only change I'd recommend is filming it heading south instead of north because then you get a better view down the cliff face to the ocean and coves below.

Look how blue the sky is? Also love the remoteness which can be measured by how few cars you see (looks like you might see one car every 15 or so)
You really feel the remoteness, very small town with no other towns around. Just nature and wildlife. So peaceful. Perfect place to chill! Thanks for watching.

Carmel has always reminded me of small Italian towns. Small streets with shops down alleyways. A very expensive town. Most one or two bedroom houses start at about 2 million. I was blessed to have been in the Army at Fort Ord and always had something to do in the surrounding areas. Salinas is where we settled for 10 years.
While Carmel is quaint, Salina’s valley is a gem! You must love it there.
