I used to he the best hitter on every team I played for and now since the velocities went up a bunch I have been scared to move my hands. This is very helpful and this will make me better. But I just have one question. What if your afraid of getting hit by a bad hop on a ground ball?

Do you mean postgame and not pregame?
Just the grip
Bro there was an ump at my game that yelled at our pitcher for putting dirt on a ball. It was insane and then he called a ball at my ankles a strike, and that’s how we lost the championship.
Why is this the FIRST TIME I am seeing this? LEGENDARY!!!
It’s electric every year, we rarely lose at home in the postseason. Phillies October Baseball is magical and it’s a blessing to be apart of every year. Each and every person in that stadium were talkin bout Bryson hitting a home run, the had sung his walk up song together as shown in the video and boom all that good/positive energy just ignited one of the most legendary moments in Phillies postseason history. Can’t get any better than that my friend🤝
My cousin 😢💔
Avoid short arming? Tell that to Joe Kelly 😅

Baseball is cool
I distinctly remember being nervous to hit from this kid who was throwing 70 at the age of 12 and my brain said you gonna get hit, you go as get hit, your gonna get hit. I told my teammates and they said, “you’ll be fine,” first pitch I ate it in the leg

If you want to be a good pitcher I’m a catcher I wish my pitchers could throw strikes all I do and go up and down getting hit by the bounces and foul balls if you want to be a pitcher give your catcher some credit trust me he will appreciate it

That was just the grip I think. I use a circle change as well and my hand does the same thing.

Dumb question but what does sprints help with?
Please put Joey in commentary 😂
I bought my boy a chin piece for his helmet and elbow protector, and it gave him that little more confidence he needed to stay in the box.
