I own this game. Decided to look for reviews or thoughts on it. Find this and have to feel disappointed by the description in the comments box. For once, you were reviewing/giving your thoughts on the game not the movies. Second, how far the mighty have fallen. For all the people that back in the day were complaining regarding the state of DC movies...I wonder, what have you to say since all the Marvel movies that came out after Endgame (and their TV series). Finally, I´m a DC fan. Been buying/reading DC comics for YEARS. As such, I know what their content is and it certainly isn´t what the MCU did/does. To each their own but the DC Universe is not about making jokes and family friendly content. And, had they done so then the complaints would have been that they were copying Disney. And, what was better for anyone: to have to companies making the same content over and over and over again? Variety is where it´s at.

We played the game with the expansion, and feel the expansion addresses most of the issues. The big changes are you get a generic worker (that works for all cards) and starting bonus resources that speeds up the play. The map tiles have bonuses hidden underneath them. And they added two more mechs (which use map tiles) and you need the bigger box to fit everything in. Lastly, optionally the expansion adds a corrupted mech which runs around the board and can wreck havec in everyone’s play. We had a three player game and it went 90 minutes. Everyone liked the expansion, (Gears of Corruption) and would highly recommend it.

I have a ton of X-Wing and I never when down the 2nd edition upgrade kits. I still play with my friends without the worries of rules change, I noticed once Atomic Mass owned it the prices of ships doubled. That's crazy. A new Horrified sounds cool. I pre-ordered Marvel United multiverse set. Captain Carter has become a favored character of mine.

Is it possible to put a cube in the "Play a bird" row in a column where a bird has already been placed this turn, when there is already a cube there? Example: on round 1, for my first action, I place my action cube in “play a bird” on the wet lands. For my second action, I “gain food.” Then for my third action, I place my action cube in “play a bird” on the wet lands AGAIN. So I would be placing 2 birds in the same round. Is that possible? Or would I have to complete the whole column (forest, dry, wet) down FIRST, before playing a bird in that column from right to left? Hope this makes sense. Thank you.
