  Era un alternador de coche (un golf Mk I) conectado a una cuerda en cuyo extremo había una barra de PVC con conectaba la cuerda con una hélice de 2 palas. No llegué a comprobar cuánto generaba, pero a partir de 4 nudos empezaba a cargar y se notaba que hacia bastante fuerza.

  @@mrsilverghost83 pues no recuerdo que lo frenara mucho... La verdad es que el barco tiene bastante velamen. Eso sí, la cuerda de driza que utilizamos la primera vez para generar acabó bastante destrozada por la torsión+tracción mientras generaba con 20 minutos de uso. En el video ya pusimos una trenzada de nylon bastante más robusta.

  metan un gancho de ropa doblado para que no se peguen las paredes, el sabor a plástico se le quita de igual manera teniéndolo a la intemperie, unas cuantas horas en el sol para que se degrade un poco...

  @deaththrower7 pues no lo sé, pero tampoco le des más vueltas. Echale el limón a ver si te gusta el sabor (o naranja, o anis) y llegará un momento en el que pases de echarle nada para quitar el sabor. Nunca te va a saber a agua (por lo menos en el mío) y es mejor no pensar cuanto tiempo tienes que esperar, hay que hacerlo y listo. C'est la vie!

  @deaththrower7 hombre, yo antes le echaba unas gotas de limon al agua (así tenía sabor de limón plastificado), pero he oido de todo. Incluso tenerlo a remojo con anís. Al final te acabas acostumbrando...no todo iba a ser perfecto...

  @markt8235 I've owned both and can honestly say I'd take a 2CV anyday for anything other than the off-road work a 2CV won't manage (and it'll manage a surprising amount) Reliable, comfy and 50mpg.. All failings of the LR in my experience.

  @FunOnTheFarm7 Standard 2CV s are actually pretty good off-road.. 125x15 tyres, really lihjt, massive ground clearance and soft suspension are ideal.

  @gllrz Jejeje, Yo llevaba una mochila de agua (ya sé lo que pasa en estos sitios) pero no me dejaron entrar con ella. Así que, a sudar, fuera camiseta, y a sudar más todavía!! Sauna y concierto por el mismo precio!! Jojojo

  the cv2 Sahara is 4 wheel drive, but it has 2 engines. These little engines cant take going at a some what good speed with only one

  The very first 2cv eas 4x4 and the suspension system was designed for offroad use from the outset if you look at the design brief for it.The bench mark was that it had to travel over a ploughed field with a dozen eggs in a tray on the passenger seat and that they must survive the trip at speed.Hence the weird susp. set up they have with longitudinal shock/springs and long susp. travel.check it out.

  Land Rover is way worse offroader. You just should accept it. It cant beat as stock the CV2 simply because it weight 4x one CV2, and everyone know that weight is huuge problem. You sink on mud, on sand, on snow. CV2 still has good ground clearance, a lot of wheel travel, 4wd, and good tires. Land Rover is famous of its problems with lockers, Defenders 4wd isnt very advanced. Only center is lockable. Still Defender is good choise in these days, since cars like CV2 arent even produced anymore.

  No, having known Louis for over 20 years, I'll confirm that he *is* mad. His Citroen engineering is bloody superb though. I note that the fat grinning twat called Clarkson was nowhere near. One anti 2CV remark to Louis and he would now be walking about with a 2CV 'manivelle' stuffed firmly up his arse. Sideways.
