Keep going. Im getting my training right now I’m college and I’ve been fortunate enough to have a professor that really helps me out a ton in acting and because of him I’ve been getting some really good auditioning material and technique. If you feel it in your heart you should do it. Go for it! I don’t care if I never become rich or famous. I just want to act and keep auditioning because I know ONE day I’m going to get work. All it takes is one good day.

Yeah you never know what you’re going to get in those situations. I think renting rooms is a good short term option though until you can get your finances in order.

It’s really cute and especially for 1200 a month!! I used to live in a small 1brm in BedStuy for 9 years for around 1K a month. Unfortunately I had to move because of really bad issues with my neighbors, to the point where my mental health was being affected smh. I now live in a one bedroom apartment in Crown Heights for $1900/month. 10xs better living situation but I feel the rent price is wayyyyy too high!! Smh
I know exactly how detrimental toxic neighbors can be on your mental health. My upstairs neighbors used to fight BAD! Like physically fight. Luckily they moved out back in February!

If the biopic hype starts next year, I hope the show will have a fourth incarnation of Michael Jackson by splitting the role of Middle Michael into two different characters: Teenage Michael and Young Adult Michael. The trio of MJs will become a quartet of Michael Jacksons. All four actors playing four stages of MJ (young, teen, young adult, older adult) will sing solos, duets, trios and quartets! All four will be lead characters and the show will be retooled. There will be new songs, new scenes, new costumes, new characters etc. Teenage Michael will be MJ in his teenage years and Young Adult Michael will be MJ in his mid 20s!!! The former will rep Michael when he was still being a part of the Jackson 5 to Dancing Machine to The Wiz, and the latter will rep Michael of OTW-Bad eras. The former will acquire the voice of Middle Michael from the original production, and the latter will acquire the voice of main Michael from the original production!!!! MJ will have 2000s-era voice!! Little Michael will represent 10-year old MJ of 1960s and MJ will represent MJ of 1990s in his thirties. Honestly, they're still gonna pay for the $4,000 a month apartments. The affordable ones probably don't fit the "aesthetic" or aren't in the neighborhoods they want to live in
