Life is Full of Borrowed Moments!! We are AVID travelers! Scott is a former USPA Skydive Instructor with 4,600 jumps. Brenda has a Master's Degree in Education and Business with a few credits short of a doctoral degree. Between the two of us, we have seven children, and two grand children. We are fortunate to be able to travel the world now, until are we no longer able to do so. We are not your resort/pool bar kind of people (unless you're buying). We go off grid and meet the locals. This channel is about how to go to paradise without breaking the bank. That's who we are. We love the rushing sound of a jet airplane as we are traveling to meet new friends and see new lands. We are not endorsed by anyone, so we can bring the best adventures at the best value to you.
Our motto is Life is Full of Borrowed Moments!!

Biosphere am still doing more research to understand more but I love the video
As a Samoan who has lived in American Samoa a majority of my life and traveled quite extensively, please don’t try traveling to American Samoa without a passport. You will most certainly have problems unless you get an ok board through the AGs office website (not guaranteed) and comes with a $50 fee, which is half the cost of a passport that’s good for 10 years. Save yourself the hassle. Get the passport. We are treated as international in so many ways. Also, if you are a US citizen, you must purchase a roundtrip ticket. Only American Samoa residents can purchase one way tickets. Hope this helps.
Nice video!
Love how you didn't mention the Chiefs. :)
I hope some day I'll get there, I love ❤️ Somoa people they are Great 👍 I meet a lot of Somoa in Hawaii, hard working people & on mainland too...
Good family
There are so many good people everywhere. Thanks for stopping by.
loved.

I wish I could find my friend Fred. I can say his last name but I cant spell it.
Hopefully either Fred or someone who knows him will see this and you can find each other. Thanks for stopping by.
Than you. His last name, phonetically, is I’m a luh foe uh, but actually started A . have to ask, is it wonderful where you are. I would like to visit
i would appreciate, that those who choose to create Hawaiian island videos, would take the time and effort to learn to pronounce the language properly. Mahalo.
Is there enough land to handle cattle to grazing in?
I miss my home in American Samoa. It's been 16 years.
What a beautiful place to be from. We can definitely understand why you miss it. Thank you for stopping by.
thanks
6 hr tour but no video of it, nor the landing? I do not think they went at all. Snorkeling could've been anywhere.
Give them full rights or freedom.
Nice place. We've never been to that waterfall. Love ❤️ PR..
A must see. It's one of the locals favorite places. Love ❤ PR.
What a exotic scenery my friend!
It's paradise my friend!
Keith and Bruce are pretty OLD, they better bring a couple of 25 year olds on the island and reproduce or the place is going to come to an end....
Keith and Bruce live on the west side of Kauai. If you look at the pictures closer, there are several young people residing on Ni'ihau. Aloha!
I wonder how many dumb sail boaters made the error of thinking, we can check this island out and were met by? probably old hard hat himself asking them to leave?
The residents do not like sail boaters poaching from their waters. That's their refrigerator and food.
How much was the gold car rental?
It was quite reasonable. Check with Vieques Car Rental (viequescarrental.com) and they can give you the most current pricing as it is always changing.
This video is a bit disappointing. I expected some more insights and not just the advertisement for the tours business. Nice try!
Sorry we did not meet your expectations. Please put a video out and let us critique it. Aloha!
Ghost island

I love it, I will be there in 2 years.
Trust me, you will not regret going there. American Samoa is the best island in the world. Thank you.
wow its looks like asian, i was looking for this kind of video so that i have an idea what my bf country looks like
They are Samoans; they have a beautiful life. Thank you.
It’s unfortunate that American Samoans can’t qualify for US citizenship by being born and they have to apply unlike any other US territory. Unfortunately, this has been lobbied consistently to stay this way by the starlight Tuna corporation and many seafood companies based their LLC is out of American Samoa for tax reasons. Why it’s still not having to pay locals a decent wage or benefits
It is unfortunate, but they are considered American Nationals, and it is pretty easy to get citizenship. The problem lies that they signed a treaty stating that you have to be at least 50% Samoan to buy/own land there. While this has saved the land, and we feel it has been beneficial for them, it is the difference between citizens and nationals. They can still easily fly into any American city with no difficulty. Like other territories, like Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, they can go to any American state and get jobs, and are treated the same, for the most part. Believe it or not, American Samoans were actually the smart ones -- they kept their sovereignty, their land, and the rights given to most Americans. Thank you for stopping by.
@@travisfamilytravels7504 That is true, but also look up the starkist tuna Company(The same people that created the American fruit company, then known dole) is not a human It’s a corporation that legally owns a lot of the land on the island as well. They are all about 13 different S corps in SLC LLCs. through various real estate companies and land management agencies that oversight bureau management, and at the end of the day nearly all taxes go to them, and they ultimately are the islands landlord in many different aspects than simply being the largest employer. That’s why I want people to get their line, taken from not paying off their debts they have the option to directly appeal. The case there’s companies directly associated an aunt as a subsidiary of starkest.. Also, starlight has a significant amount of investments from the royal family and for that reason, they also cannot be touched. This is why Disney cannot be touched in the most recent lawsuits, governor of Florida, because the queen of England and the royal family on the land that Disney is placed on and have a significant investment in starkist since the early days. As well as the physician management agencies that regulate that island, as well as the actual country of Samoa through the commonwealth of New Zealand
I live in a small rural town away from the city. I am surrounded by pastures, meadows, and small patches of timber. Every morni g,i see the geese flying over my house. I love the rural countryside, and the quietness,it brings. Seei g Molokai reminds me of this quiet lifestyle. Its a very beautiful island, and very bucolic. Ive been to Hawaii, but never Molokai. But from what ive seen,it is lovely. The true Hawaii. God bless from Oklahoma.
Molokai is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. They don't mind visitors, but they are the least tourist friendly island. Thank you for stopping by.
@travisfamilytravels7504 Thank you for responding to my comment. The people of Molokai remind me of our native American tribes here. They have a strong reverence for the land, water, and sky. They hold it sacred, and do not want it altered in any way. To me,Molokai is Hawaiis land of indigenous people. A Hawaiian tribal reservation land, that demands respect for the culture and land. May it always stay this way. God bless.
Hi please can you help me to travel to Samoa?
Hawaiian flies there 2 times a week. Is the best option
The food looks amazing!
It was. Everything we ate was fabulous!!
Our Beautiful American Samoa. Keep smiling, Enjoy and be considerate clean up after yourselves. Please everyone keep American Samoa clean and beautiful.🏝🏝🏝🏝.
We couldn't have said it better. Great people -- beautiful paradise.
Good island my friends, hope you enjoy the weather 👍👍 Dole is everywhere in Hawaii 💯✅
Lana'i is an under-rated island. They definitely have a beautiful beach. Dole was a major presence there, but sadly no longer. Thank you for stopping by.
Terrific video. I have a question if you don't mind: Did you encounter a lot of the Sargassum Seaweed on the beaches in Vieques? I have heard that it is quite a problem in the Caribbean in general. Thanks...
Thank you very much. Several years ago we saw the Sargassum Seaweed on Puerto Rico's main island, but we did not see any in Vieques.
I from American Samoa, Aua
You are very fortunate. We absolutely love the island and the people.
@@travisfamilytravels7504 Thank you very much
great places, always wanted to ee nihau and you had video of it, now i know also how to get there, nice editing too, and good drone flying capture. hope thi channel grows you deserve it
Thank you for your kind words.
paradise samoa it's the truth beautiful place I watching from here Moroccan
It is an absolutely beautiful place, and the people are very willing to welcome you and make you feel at home. Thank you for visiting, more coming soon.
Island look a bit boring
Actually, you are right. The only town is Lanai City, and it looks like a town out of Oregon. It is a desert island mostly owned by a multi-millionaire.
Yes but what has the US done for American Samoa? Samoa already has 50% renewable energy and is energy independant. Unlike American Samoa, the US will just steel your island same as Hawaii you need to buy fossil fuels from the US to power your country. That's not fair on Samoa when you pollute your island.
First off, you have to be 50% Samoan to be able to own land on this island; that is the deal that they made with the US government. They rely on New Zealand for most things that they don't already have. Thank you for visiting.
@@travisfamilytravels7504 Well that's one protection, needing to be at least 50% Samoan, that's good. Id hate to see our islands become owned by the wealthy. Independance for Pacifica should be a priority. BTW NZ is working with the islands to promote independence along with Australia and (annoyingly the UN).
@@AHD2105 Very interesting. You don't see a lot of commercial businesses there. I think they only ones we saw was a McDonalds, and maybe a Jack in the Box. Surprisingly, they have everything you need and the prices are the same as most you see on the mainland. They have their economy aligned. We agree, independence for Pacifica needs to be a priority! Thank you for your reply with the new information!
@@travisfamilytravels7504 We've had Black Rock trying to get into NZ. So its concerning. We don't need their help. Hopefully we can stay strong. ❤
What a place!!! Also, the great quality of the video. thank you!!
OMG how are you? This is a truly great island and very affordable. Take care friend!
amazing!!
Thank you. It is definitely something to see.
Friend give me your contact i went know about this country because i have a sponsor visa samoa.
Thank you for stopping by. We do not have information about visas. Keep in mind that there are two Samoas -- American Samoa and Western Samoa.
