シリーズAで入社してプレIPOまで勤めて、事業責任者やってる身としては、シリーズA.Bはシンプルに時間も質もハードワークだし、それを覚悟して入ってくれる人の方が結果的に成果出してくれる。 待遇はSO含めた設計によるけど、 全員で会社伸ばすいう風土がないと、 別に社格もあるし、働きやすいし大手でいいよね。という意思決定になりやすい。

プロダクト50個とかって本当にそんなに細かすぎるくらいのニーズあるのか?自分自身の印象でしかないけど、あまりに細かすぎて機会をとりにくいける以上の管理工数がかかってそうですげー大変なイメージなのだが。。。だから、儲かっているようなイメージが持てなかった。(個人的な印象なので、実態は全く違うのかもしれないが。) それなら、本当に重要な主力のプロダクトに絞りきって垂直的に伸ばしたほうがいいのではないかと疑問をもってしまった。

ストックオプションに対する認識が変わりました。スタートアップがM&Aする時に創業者はすごく儲かるけど、他のメンバーは不公平感が出るって感覚が常に頭をよぎっていましたが、お話のような事が実現すればその不安も無くなります。悩みが一つ解消されました。

解像度はたしかに計画する上で必要だと思う。計画する時点で問題点があれば、それをどうするのかという部分の発想力がカギになるのではないかな。効率化、コスト、人件費削減などのアイデア、こういったものは正直実践してみなければわからない
excelとかの話。たしかに事業計画書に書く上で、入念に計画したとしても具体的な数字は出ない気がする。

フォロワーが増えて勘違いして、自分のプライベート(料理作ったとか)をついつい呟くけど、おじさんの料理情報なんて誰も必要としてないのに気付かない
コストが余計にかかってしまいますが、字幕が欲しいです。10分程度ならば通常速度でも朝食時などの隙間時間に見れますが、40分近くは厳しいです。字幕があれば倍速で20分程度で見れるので非常に助かります。ご検討していだけると幸いです。
