Manjari was born in India on 17 Apr 1986 but spent her childhood in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman where her parents were pursuing their careers. Born with no musical lineage, Manjari’s inspiration to learn music was mainly drawn from her parents, especially her mother who was a keen music enthusiast since her childhood. The spark in this artist was realised at a very early age by her mother. When the legend, Dr.K.J.Yesudas visited Muscat, he happened to hear her sing. Dr.Yesudas adviced her parents to train the child in classical music. Manjari's first break came at the age of 13, when Dr.K.J Yesudas, whom she considers as her mentor, invited her for recording her first album in India. Manjari recorded two songs, a solo and a duet with the legend himself., In list, Level 1, 12 items

This sister has the most beautiful voice . She is God gifted and talented . But i would have to say the performance could have been better . She mispronounces the lyrics . I thought she started off very strong although a half hearted attempt by the band did not help much either .
