  Great vid mate, we have access to some of our impoundments here in SA and have done well on Goldens and Silver perch. Yet to try those jigs but am interested in giving them a go,any particular choice of colours ? Cjeers

  When throwing into the trees how do you know your not throwing over a big snag and do you let it sink right down to the bottom of the trunk?

  The jigs are reasonably snag proof buy there design the equip jigs from pro factory I have found to be the best in timber, and yes let it sink all the way to the bottom before starting your retrieve.

  You can grab them off their website or facebook page also our local tackle store has just got them in Tamworth Fishing Tackle and outdoors I was using the finesse freak lc in this video

  Nice catch. Great to see you put back the big one. I've just moved to Port, just wondering if your willing to share any tips on where you were fishing. No GPS coordinates or anything like that but the general area so I can take the kids out.

  Hi Peter We caught this big girl at Blackman's point, I believe all breeders should be returned to the water so satisfying seeing them swim away. Unfortunately this is only our holiday destination I do envy you being able to move to such a flourishing estuary. Great to hear your kids are interested in fishing if you haven't already check out our top water action we had over there at Christmas most exciting fishing there is, kids will love it.
