  I have completed mechanical engineering n have 3 years of experience in project as project engineer. but i am not willing to continue because of sites and working hrs which lead to health issue. N now someone suggested me for piping design and i got opportunity tu join a company as trainee in piping design engineering with stipend of 20 k per month. But have to sign bond for 2 years. I am confused what should i do..please suggest...

  Hi... if you want to gain something you have sacrifice something. But how much to sacrifice is based on ur personal decision. I would say if you are joining in a good company and would get an opportunity to learn Piping design, then 2 yrs is not a big deal. But make sure the company is good.

  Sir , 1)does the age limit is for oil and gas sector only or for other private mechanical sectors too? Sir I am planning to pursue my second undergraduation in mechanical engineering (2024-2028)after my ug in industrial engineering 2014 passed out . 2)Does a career gap will be a problem for private jobs or should I start as a fresher in private mechanical industries in India or abroad after 35 years of age ? Sir it will be really helpful for me if you answer my above two questions also 🙏 Sir I send a private message to your pymedaca website about career guidance (3 weeks before ) . If you respond to my private message ,it will be more beneficial to me to plan for my second mechanical undergraduate education and future mechanical engineering career sir .
