    I bought a 4-layer filter from Amazon for $12.97, which is better than the ones used by Hyundai and Kia. The dealer wanted to charge $115 plus tax, so I decided not to go that route. I saved a lot of money, and it took less than a minute to replace it myself.

    I have noticed too that the price of OEM filters has gone up significantly. The dealers want about $50 for it thru the parts dept, and online OEM expect to pay around $35 plus an amount for shipping. Its ridiculous. I bought a multi layer one at Wal-mart, I think its a Fram brand, for $19.95. It says it captures as good as an N95 mask.

I do have a suggestion ( it's not just you) KZread Channel operators trying to show videos especially graphics to show important aspects of what they are attempting to convey to their audience should refrain from inserting video overlays of themselves speaking as it covers nearly 1/4 of that video or graphic. At the time I did this, high beams were not available. You can't use the same bulb # for the highs. I don't know what would happen if the fan goes out. Maybe an internal circuit would trip if it gets too hot and kill the bulb.

    I’m wondering … are those _pseudo callsigns_ *persistent?* IOW, will that aircraft continue using the same _”callsign”,_ or can they change between flights?

  • @bml33
    @bml332 ай бұрын

    I do not think they are persistent or permanently assigned. I looked up some of those callsigns and can't find any activity for XAA. They might be assigning random numbers after their identifier. Today there is an FFL callsign operating over Colorado and there are other flights of this number FFL1122 over the past month. It seems like Foreflight (FFL) re-uses the numbers but I do not know if they are all on the same aircraft, and we'll never know (unless we're on the ground to see it land...) Several flights of this callsign took off from San Jose (SJC) from a few days ago back to the last week of April and then nothing before that. Looks like on the 24th it left SJC for COS and took off from there today.

  • @bml33

    I use a GoPro camera and it has a GPS antenna inside, and embeds the GPS data into the video. The thing I hate about GoPro is their lack of support. Their own software supports using this GPS data in only 1 way. There was an open source program called Dashware that could extract the GPS data into a csv file and overlay it with several styles of gauges to choose from. GoPro bought out the Dashware company and then just let it die. They did not update or add any new features. The last new version came out in 2016. If you google it you can probably find some sources to download it from but its not officially supported anymore. I first used it in 2019. I think that GoPro bought it mainly to kill off any outside development so that their own software will be the only thing out there, which isn't very good anyway. But, it still works! Sometimes my camera does not capture it all the way though. And I read somewhere that GoPro dropped the GPS feature from their new camera models because they don't think people actually use it. So just know that the latest GoPro Hero model won't be able to capture any data, but mine is the Hero 5 Black model from several years ago.

    I can't remember the exact number but it was not at full capacity. How do you think I was able to get First Class as a NRSA? LOL But American runs several flights per day with their partners, both SkyWest and Envoy. Some of them do get full. The fact that they run this route so many times a day must mean that its profitable. I returned to Phoenix later on this day, after spending the day at the Pima Air & Space Museum. The 6:30 flight looked kind of full so I moved up to the 5pm flight which was on an E175 which did have quite a number of empty seats.. But they just keep running these flights.

    I purchased the same LED bulbs for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I had to return the LED lights back to Amazon, although they worked excellent. My vehicle dashboard light turned on showing defective headlights. The Hyundai dealership stated that although they are working, the computer in the car is detecting problems because the led bulbs are drawing low electrical usage. they said that they don’t think it would hurt the vehicle, but the detective light is going to stay on.. hopefully the company will fix the problem.

    So you never really told us where we could find blocked info for aircraft what were blocked. ADSB exchange shows the aircraft but the info that is most interesting is not there either. So the result is an almost 40 minute video that could probably have been done in 5 minutes. Also there is a chance that ADSB exchance is on it's way out making this video possibly even more irrelevant .

  • @bml33
    @bml335 ай бұрын

    What do you mean I never said where you can find blocked info? Its right there. It shows you the owner, type of aircraft, registration that is blocked on other sites. Also, I disagree that ADSB is on its way out. It is a legal requirement that aircraft broadcast this data and so far in this country there are no laws against capturing the data and putting it online. If somehow that website goes down due to some legal trouble there will surely be another.

    On the other side of the argument. As a citizen / owner of private property I have a right to know if and who is flying over my land. Especially if they're a student learning how to fly in a busy airfield, circling over my property every 4 minutes two hours everyday posing a hazard to me and my family. Such as invasion of privacy / mid air collision / falling debris / Exposure to noise. FAA Needs to review and revise their policies for this is only the beginning ! We still have drones that are gonna be a additional nuisance. In the mean time government agencies are trying to disarm the militia from use of their guns. This is why Trump is an issue. The government is not listening to the majority vote, nor government agencies protecting common sense citizens concern. Citizens of America wake up do your part vote.

They couldn't even tell me the recommendation gap space. What the heck. Does anyone know what the gap space for a 2017 Hyundai tucson 2.0 L is?

  • @bml33
    @bml337 ай бұрын

    I haven't seen any gap recommendations. These plugs (specific part number) might only be used in the turbo engines and they used this turbo engine in many Hyundai and Kia models, so if that's the case then the gap would be the same for all and no need to adjust them.
