As Salamu Alaykum Dear Brothers and Sisters We only worship Allah. When we say Prophet Muhammed (peace and blessings be upon him) we ask Allah to do that. Ibn Abbas reported: Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, went to the door of the mosque when he heard the news of the passing of the Prophet. Abu Bakr said, “To proceed: Whoever among you worships Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, then Muhammad has died. Whoever worships Allah, then Allah is alive and cannot die. Allah Almighty said: Muhammad is not but a Messenger. Messengers have passed before him. If he dies or is killed, will you turn back on your heels?” (3:144) Ibn Abbas said, “By Allah, it was as if the people had not known that Allah revealed this verse until Abu Bakr recited it.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1241 Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Bukhari عن ابْن عَبَّاسٍ أَقْبَلَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رضي الله عنه حَتَّى نَزَلَ عَلَى بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ حِينَ بَلَغَهُ الْخَبَرُ وَفَاة الرَّسُولِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ يَعْبُدُ مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِنَّ مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ مَاتَ وَمَنْ كَانَ يَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى وَما مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ أَفَإِنْ ماتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ انْقَلَبْتُمْ عَلى أَعْقابِكُمْ قَالَ ابْن عَبَّاسٍ وَاللَّهِ لَكَأَنَّ النَّاسَ لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْزَلَهَا حَتَّى تَلَاهَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ 1241 صحيح البخاري كتاب الجنائز باب الدخول على الميت بعد الموت إذا أدرج في أكفانه Remember musts of dua I must say This hadeeth was narrated by al-Tirmidhi (486) from ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab (may Allaah be pleased with him) who said: “Du’aa’ is suspended between heaven and earth and none of it is taken up until you send blessings upon your Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).” Ibn Katheer said: Its isnaad is jayyid. (Which means good) It was classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi. It was narrated by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah (2035) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and he mentioned corroborating reports, then he said: “In conclusion, when all these isnaads and corroborating reports are taken into account, the hadeeth is hasan at the very least, in sha Allaah.” Hasan is strong meaning it is considered authentic but not as strong as sahih. Both are authentic InShaAllah. Ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Ask Allah for His favor as Allah Almighty loves to be asked. Among the best acts of worship is to patiently wait in expectation of relief.” Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3571 Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Suyuti عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَلُوا اللَّهَ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُسْأَلَ وَأَفْضَلُ الْعِبَادَةِ انْتِظَارُ الْفَرَجِ 3571 سنن الترمذي كتاب الدعوات باب في انتظار الفرج وغير ذلك 4685 المحدث السيوطي خلاصة حكم المحدث Allah Azzawjal loves to be asked Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When one of you calls upon Allah, let him be determined in the supplication and he should not say, ‘O Allah, give me if You will,’ for there is no one to coerce Allah.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6338, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2678 Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi (authenticity agreed upon) according to Al-Bukhari and Muslim عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَعَا أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَعْزِمْ فِي الدُّعَاءِ وَلاَ يَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ شِئْتَ فَأَعْطِنِي فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ مُسْتَكْرِهَ لَه 6338 صحيح البخاري كتاب الدعوات باب ليعزم المسألة فإنه لا مكره له 2678 صحيح مسلم كتاب الذكر والدعاء والتوبة والاستغفار باب العزم بالدعاء ولا يقل إن Don’t say InShaAllah Know Allah will respond Abu Hurayra (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “Allah Most High says: ‘I am according to My slave’s opinion of Me, and I am with him when he remembers Me. If he remembers me to himself, I mention him to myself. When he remembers me in a gathering, I mention him in a gathering greater than that.’” [Bukhari; Muslim] Be confident Allah Subhanu Wa Ta Ala is merciful and responding. In Summary He called him and said: ‘When one of you makes du‘ā’, he should start off with praising and glorifying His Lord (ʿazza wa jall), and should then invoke salawāt on the Prophet. He should then make du‘ā’ for whatever he wishes. (Abū Dāwūd) Read the top because it contains vital information if you already jumped to the summary for the sake of Allah Jalla jalahu

There’s nothing wrong with having nice things. I don’t understand why Muslims have such negative opinions about having nice things and about wealth. Can you not pray and drive a fancy car? Can you not be a righteous pious Muslims and have a nice kitchen? Of course deen comes first but Muslims think you can have only one option. Either you are a good Muslims and poor or you are rich and bad! Why can’t you be both good righteous pious Muslims and rich and wealthy?
Women do not hve sexual desires for men they just want shopping and flowers. They dont have sexual attraction towards male body. Its the fact.

For most of us born as Muslims we didn't understand the true meaning of Islam, we only followed the footsteps of our parents which made it easy for many muslims to convert to christianity back then. Alhamdulillah, as a child I was truly loved by Allah SWT, moving from one Christian school to the other even engaging in their religious activities, but still, I stood firm on the path of Islam for one reason, I studied about Islam, especially in High school and University days. I read books and participated in religious activities in my little ways. Till now I am still learning about Islam, especially as a woman trying to make ends meet. May Allah show you the way and grant you guidance on your way to Islam. Amin.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “I was shown hell. I saw that most of its inhabitants were ungrateful women… The Prophet was asked: ‘Were they ungrateful to Allāh?’ He replied: ‘They were ungrateful to their husbands and for the favors and the good done to them. If you show benevolence to one of them and then she sees something in you not to her liking, she will say: ‘I have never seen any good in you.’”

I reverted around 3 months ago. 31 years old! Alhamdulillah I was blessed by Allah in the greatest way possible. I live in a western country and am learning slowly and carefully. One thing I need to address is covering my head. Covering my body is already a priority but it is a big change to cover my head. I know this is necessary and beautiful but it is confronting for family and friends that are yet to know. I am seeking guidance from those who have made this transition. Or suggestions for the best content about this.

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh sister I have been through this phase and as believers, it's right for people to say we must only please Allah swt. but when it comes to people, you make your parents and your spouse (if you are married) understand. Have an open talk with them. Tell them to accept the way you are. Make dua for me as well. I have a younger sister and if relatives knew I reverted to islam they will ban my family from all the gatherings festivals and events. This will make it difficult for my parents to find a potential groom for my sister. I had to move from my country. If we think about the worldly problems it's Everlasting. I try not to think about any of this. While thinking we hurt our people.. our family we forget Allah is the sole creator of all. He will look after everything. We should not overthink and feel anxious or sad. Begin with intention. Try to move to a different place if needed. Let the new people see you as muslim. I am not saying moving elsewhere is the only solution but if needed and if you can try it. I'll make dua for you sister. I'm sure you will be more beautiful when you cover. Ramadhan Kareem ❤
Assamualaikum sister. I am a revers of 4 years now. That what you are experiencing is normal. It's okay. One day you will no longer care about how they feel and what they think. Trust me I was you. It took a little time. I am a confident Muslim woman no matter that my family is Christians still. I wear my hijab with love for Allah swt alone. our protectorat. My family accepts me and we respect each other. everyone doesn't get that outcome. Allah swt knows what we do not know. Muslims have knowledge of the Quran and hadith we firmly believe in Allah swt. We wear hijab. look at the beauté when you wear it. it's amazing Alhamdulilah
