    The black is an overload but as far as the contacts are concerned that's not over molding that's a process known as "insert injection molding" commonly done in the tooling and automobile industry

    The first problem is it's a brushed motor and brushed motors suck. There's a lot of internal resistance which draws more energy out of your battery and also they create Sparks inside with the brushes that are vented to the open air and that is an explosive hazard when you were around volitile vapors. so " just say no" to brushed motors.

    When you said this will not break any big bolts u would have to get an impact or ratchet it by hand...did you have to use a different ratchet...or did you use this hurcules one to break it by hand then you finished it off electricity?

    I learned quite a bit from this video, and I subscribed. You never explicitly said “this tool is built very well” but picking up on some of your cues and tone, that’s what I’m hearing. I would like if you were able to tear apart and compare different models as well like Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc and compare the differences, if any. Ok I’m off to search through your videos for some more content.

    Good day sir, stoked iv found your channel!, talk about into the weeds in-depth analysis of the inside of a power tool!! First class!! I was all ready for you to take the oil pulse head to bits aaaaand you didn’t!!! Please can you do it 🙏,at the moment I think I’m the only one crazy enough to totally split down the head of a makita dts 141 oil pulse driver ( it’s on my channel) and it battered my head right in!! So I’d love to see what the inside of the Milwaukee impact looks like and how it performs!! Going off the animation it looks really similar to the makita!, anyway of course iv subbed and looking forward to watching more of your videos , cheers 🤟🤟

    Nothing here screams quality AT ALL! You people need a brain reset. And you need a new line of work. Oh wait it’s people like you who design the crap like that in the first place…😂 P.S Come back 50 years and see what “German” tool quality looked like before calling this China garbage tools for disposable use “quality”. 🤦

    Other than like he said he doesn't upload often its because his actual knowledge of tools is very limited. I don't mean to bash him he's not stupid but his experience in engineering doesn't translate very well to tools his knowledge is good in some ways but in other ways not so much. there are just a lot of things he says that to me sound very dumb not because he's dumb it's just his lack of knowledge in the subject like comparing the impact wrench to the drill and being impressed by the size difference yes the impact is impressive but he is way over stating it you can not compare the two they work very differently impacts don't need nearly as much torque from the motor as drills do and that's just the start of the problem with comparing them you can't do it. Do keep in mind that I'm just going based on his older videos I haven't seen his newer ones yet

  • @JJCCENG
    @JJCCENG5 ай бұрын

    All true. I'm doing tools because that's what people keep asking for but my knowledge is of electro mechanical products more generally. I never aimed at the tool guys but that community seems to care alot about technical details so glad to have some crossover interest.

    This Hydraulic Impact 2760-20 stops working when it's +5 degrees outside and when it's minus outside, it won't tighten a single screw. The instructions say that you need to warm it up for 10 sec. but this doesn't help. I don't recommend it for those who need to work outside

    Have it (duo) since 5 years. Good but three four things dislike: 1) The default 2 Ah battery doesn't have any charge level indicator. Not even on the charger. 2) Light is partly blocked by the tool. 3) As far as I know, the drill and impact driver are the only 12V tools Ridgid ever developped. So you cannot get any other tools that use the same 12V batteries. Exctremely limiting. 4) The 12V is the same price as their 18V, so I consider the 12V to be a bit pricey.

  • @JJCCENG

    If your engine is make more power than stock, it might still be a good idea, but you might be sacrificing comfort for vibration from the slight deformation of the poly over time.

    Good video good technical information, but I think that Ryobi tool is useful, easy for clean my workshop. I even use it to clean my garage, I have no complaints. And if I need something more powerful I take my leaf blower but many times this tool is lighter and more effective. Again good video. I will subscribe
