I cant just set aside my feelings to constantly give give to God.. I will commit suicide if i cant feel love from my spouse .. Am i missing something.. this is horrific advice I get that we need to be like God with conflict ...what i dont get is the fact that you are saying we need to go without love and be okay with that ...as long as we are Godlike to our spouse BIG NO

Being a new follower of Christ and new member of this wonderful congregation at Houston’s First Baptist, I am grateful & thankful for God putting this 3 year old archived sermon on my KZread recommendations. Throughout these dreadful fours years and the continuing turmoil with our nation and society, it’s reassuring to hear Pastor Gregg’s message about not worrying and stressing out - Jesus promised us everything will be fine and we are well loved by our Heavenly Father. God Bless you, Pastor Gregg; as you state, you are not perfect as so many of us are as well, but you are perfectly timed to help deliver that oh so important message to so many of us. Keep up the great work and know our family is thankful for all the love, faith and strength you put into each and every sermon.

So is he saying that if his mother was more respectful then his father wouldn’t have strangled her? That’d never acceptabe even if she was disrespectful. Any violence is unacceptable. This man teaches abuse throughout his teachings. Look at Sheila Gregoire’s book The Great Sex Rescue and podcast-Bare Marriage. She deals with these toxic teachings.

Hitler came to power due to the treason of the Allied forces who enacted 14 points of peace that were just a bait so the germans would desarm themselves and so they could impose them the Treaty of Versailles and also becaus of what certain international plutocracies and the high finance were planning to do to Germany. its in his book

I was Baptized April 27, 2024 as a 48 year old and have given my life to Jesus because of the type of pastor, leader and man Pastor Gregg is. We visited Houston’s First Baptist for the past two months and its congregation and Pastor Gregg and how they respect and welcome my wife and I are why we have become new members of their church family. I am now following the light and seeking the truth……thank you for sharing this wonderful interview with Pastor Gregg. Keep up the great work and God Bless.

When you read the books of the New Testament you have probably asked yourself many times: "Why is it that for 2000 years we have not seen the miracles that accompanied the Church of Christ in the first century as the New Testament describes them? Why is it that so-called preachers of Christ have to prove that Jesus really existed, while atheists have the audacity to deny the historicity or divine origin of Christ? Maybe because the Church of Christ ceased to exist after the first century. There is no Church as it is described in the books of the New Testament, but there are Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and other Christian sects, claiming to be the Church, but not having that one thing that distinguishes the divine from the human and is characteristic only for the Church of Christ - the backing of the word with signs, that is, miracles (Mk 16:15-20). That is why part of the researchers doubt the historicity of Christ, and part of them do not mind to declare Him a real person, but an ordinary philosopher, a teacher. But even if Jesus was an ordinary philosopher, His disciples would have been ordinary followers of Jesus. And they would not have dared to write about the miracles that not only Jesus but also His disciples could perform. If in our time there were a Church as described by the authors of the New Testament books, where miracles are performed - healing the sick, prophesying, raising the dead - no one would doubt the historicity of Christ. Then all over the world there would be the same disputes as in the first century - Jesus is the Son of God or a false prophet who seduces the world with miracles. Find on youtube the audio message *"The Mystery of the Church of Christ"* . It reveals the prophecy of the disappearance and reappearance of the Church of Christ before the End of the World, giving hope to all who are sincerely seeking God and who are not lazy to think freely.

remember it also says rebuke some people too in Titus. Sometimes, rebuking is not taken kindly by the one being rebuked. Even when the rebuking is done correctly, in love. I know I didn’t like the times I’ve gotten rebuked when I said something that was not scripturally applicable. In this manner, I opine as one opiner, that, if someone tells me that I am not being kind, it does not always actually mean that I myself am not being kind, but that the person is interpreting my words wrongly, or taking offense where none was intended. At that point, it’s not my problem anymore. It’s theirs.

The book of The Acts of the Apostles is one of my favorite books in the new testament which talks about the birth of the church and the spreading of the gospel to the very ends of the earth according to the Great Commision given by Jesus to his desciples, a task which is still ongoing till further notice under the direction of the Holy Spirit.🙏Israel Perez viewing and learning from Guatemala, C.A.

Thank you to Houston’s First Baptist Church and Pastor Gregg. We live in the Cypress area and lost power and could not make it to the Loop Campus as we normally do and we just watched the sermon we missed last Sunday because of the storm and mass power outage. We both caught a terrible illness and can’t attend this morning’s service so we’re about to watch it on KZread in a few minutes. Indeed, our faith is stronger than the roots of the mightiest trees. God Bless all of those who lost so much and we pray for God’s Grace for the strength to help others and accept help from those who are stronger.
