I watched a few tutorials on her channel and they're solid. I'm confused as to why she used 63 gain tools, but the finished product is nice. Artifact hazard? Very possible. Overselling reason 13 devices? For sure. But the hate on here is clipping. With all the saltiness over Reason's subscription favoritism, the crowd is more critical than usual. I made a lite version of the combinator and it's 🔥

I love Reason, been using it since reason 4, sadly the new browser has killed my workflow, sticky, slow, laborious. the plugin version is even worse, cubase doesn,t close down, takes about 2 minutes to get to each sound, had to deinstall reason 13, thought the update would make it better but nope, £200 for the slowest and biggest buzz kill so far, all the new tools and echo amazing but sadly the browser is massive let down for me, if its not broke don,t fix it and you guys just absolutely destroyed it. Gutted.
How does stereo tool sound on high transient sounds like drum breaks??
What makes all these synths so different if they can all achieve the same results with modulations and effects? Makes no sense why this is still a selling point.

Looking into reason because apparently it comes bundled with an interface I'm having a look at and it makes no sense to me after what I've read about reason online, people bashing it for being antiquated but it looks really straightforward, excellent tutorial
I notice in the full video that the Orange in the Reason logo is gone and now is just black and white.
Honestly i think they going to allow the browser to be in another window.
After I fell through the attic and broke my wrist I became a DAW guy instead of a guitar guy. 😂 I was amazed at how little I knew about the applications of the effect I'd already been using for thirty years.
Sorry ReasonStudios but that browser feels like its a web browser and we downloading all the tools to add to “reason13” each time . İt just dont feels like integrated into “reason13” its like a different software and I hate using another screen in my daw I want it integrated in one screen and dont block the timeline ….💁🏻♂️

bro wtf, how is reason even sponsoring this? you gain stage with a knob on the top of the mixer/ slider in the rack view. this IS NOT how you chain a vocal at all. it's simple. gain stage as outline in the mixer, then on the MIXER there is a rack of 8 busses just for fx. a great way to start is to delete all these stupid reverbs they have in there and open browser, go to reason library on the left, then click reason factory sound bank, all effects patches. type things like desser and vocal or backup vocal. there are excellent options for premade chains that you can adjust very simply to make vocal amazing.. add deesser, add vocal spreader and add vocal chain ... then you can add them to each track on the mixer using the buttons labeled 1-8 in the orange 'send' area on each track. should i be making these videos?? yeah probably. what do i know? i'm only a 20 yr user and a beta tester.. lol
I tried reason only once .. and I have the lite version.. soon I will buy the studio version . Loved it.. and your team is also now on KZread making such videos for the community and reason users.. really loved your efforts.. also keep an update on the feature requests and comments that you have on your videos.. because comments can be by the reason users and the normal people who are thinking of buying reason in future..

I paid for Reason 13 immediately without thinking about it. I’ve loved this software since its inception, and 13 with its changes actually stimulated my creativity. As a underpaid engineer and producer, my motivation was also for the developers who I’m sure love what their doing and while they will never be unappreciated, they should also be rewarded by those of us who rely on it for our on livelihoods. So to the reason staff, hats off and keep it burning. I can’t wait for Reason 14.

@Reason Studios have you considered bringing back Recycle, upgrading it's GUI appearance and functions, and adding it into Reason Studios?it should be like the Edison editor in Fl Studio...but have all the functionality and features of the 2 ir 3 best sample chopping and editing programs on the market right now. Serato Studio and Sample, MPC 2 software, and RipX Pro. It makes no sense for the pioneer of these programs to abandon them, forget about them, and have other people 20 years later come back and beat you at it. It's time to remember the creative juices that pushed you to create this whole Reason Universe. That's no Reason for you to be second at anything. With Love... and a tender push... the truth is the browser search idea, and the basic makeup of polytone are similar to native instruments workflow and sound.their browser search style, and the functionality of the Glaze vst and also the Melted Vibes vst. Once again that's ok. But there are more improvements to make under the hood of the program, car, to make it competitive with Cubase/Nuendo, Pro Tools, Bitwig and Mixbus by Harrison Audio. @Reason Studios has neglected the film scorers and Hollywood professionals that make our movies and commercials. @Reason Studios has neglected video import. @Reason Studios has neglected Dolby Atmos Support. @Reason Studios has neglected immersive audio. @Reason Studios has neglected multi-channel routing for instruments like kontakt that can load multiple vst libraries into itself in one instance. @Reason Studios has neglected to make a batch record midi channel to midi channel function. And...@Reason Studios made Reason Rack... why can't they may Reason Rewire function as an add on and bridge to record from Reason, and to Reason, like Blue Cat Audio does for Pro Tools? @Reason Studios just a question. I asked @Reason Studios for a larger midi editing view and apparently they did it. I asked @Reason Studios for ghost notes. Apparently they did it. So, more innovations and additions to the sequencer and piano roll are also wanted by other people. I also asked in a comment under this video for Dolby Atmos adm,fiedler Atmos Plugin, and video importing to be added into the program. The signature bundle and all plug-ins versions of Fl Studio come with the fruity video editor which allows you to import video footage into the daw to write and arrange music to. Imagine Hans Zimmer writing music for the movies that he works on. Cakewalk added video import into their daw over 20 years ago. Fl Studio can do it but Reason can't? Make it make sense. There are actually new composers composing in Fl Studio!!!I couldn't believe it until i saw it for myself. And they were good man..😢. It sounded good... 😢 😢 😢...😭 ... 😆 🤣😆 . Come on @Reason Studios... we've got to move forward into the future.Why wouldn't they want to make the program usable to composers and film scorers as well? Also, bitwig,reaper, Cubase and Nuendo have much better audio comping and editing abilities, midi editing and changing abilities, and video handling and audio routing abilities. It would be nice to see Reason to continue to advance with the Apple companies philosophies of... creating the complex and making it super easy to do. That's what Steve Jobs did. He required it. Let's create the coolest, most creative, and most helpful products... and make it easy for the average person to use... easily. I hope this helps @Reason Studios. I'm rooting for you. Others are wanting you to continue to be great. Beyond just adding a soft synth on every update. If every version gets a soft synth on an update, make major improvements to the daw features, capabilities and capacities in the .5 update. Example 13.5 adding MPE,multi-channel vst signal routing to the mixer for recording all the loaded instruments in kontakt 7 into Reason at the same time to save time in midi, like bounce to audio... but bounce to new separate midi channels that could be bounced to audio after your arrangement is made, before you start mixing, etc. That would be dope. I love you @Reason Studios. You were my first daw, therefore you're my first love. And I don't want to give up on you. Don't let Fl Studio continue to outperform you.

Check out @ 6:34 in this video below in this comment. Using Reason for Dolby Atmos. In order words, sound engineering and mixing for movies and soundtracks.Cakewalk was including Dolby products and capabilities over a decade ago. Plus, Reason can't bring video into the daw. Fl Studio has a video player called fruity video player so you can bring video into the daw to mix audio to it. It's on the upper level packages of Fl Studio. Question: Why does Reason Studios want to charge you almost $500 for a perpetual license for the program, but they don't want to give you any of the mixing power of say Cubase,Pro Tools, or Ableton but they want to charge the same account of those products? Cubase also has a crossgrade sales price of around $330 right now, if you own one of the daws on a short list, and want to purchase their program. I'm saying this in hopes that the program gets better in ways that are meaningful versus just charging you an upgrade price and giving you a new plug in. There is real competition out there...Bitwig...Reaper. Don't take the innovations for granted. The other guys are innovating. I still rock with you guys. But I care enough to caution and warn you, and I hope that you listen... and innovate and take positive and productive action again. My apologies if I have offended anyone.
