  My favorite feature is access in the cloud which allows you to easily work from home, office or a plant. That said there are safeguards in place that make your data secure.

  I am assuming with the document link part it is associating the customers email address, the word invoice and the invoice number to pull that document. Is this correct or do you have to link the document to the customer prior to being able to do this?

  Sorry, I have been neglectful in answering questions. I did not have to link the document to the customer or do any kind of setup. However, the invoice existed for the customer and it automatically searches for that document no. in NAV and is able to display it.
