  I had no idea that the Sony A7lll sometimes overheats, so I have been having trouble creating proxies for the shots that were taken before the camera shut down. It only creates AAC proxies. on Media Encoder. I wish I knew about this in-camera setting sooner. I'll be shooting this way from now on! Anyone have suggestions for the issue I am facing though?

  To solve overheating change the “auto power off heat” setting to high.

  So after doing all wherever is black the camera picks it with some weird point when it comes to recording inside a room or a house.Any idea what i could do to have the image clearer and without the white like dust points on the black colors?
