    Benard and co, we must acknowledge that we’ve collectively allowed our problems to escalate to this point. It’s crucial that we hold our political leaders accountable. We should uncover the corruption and decay within the system. Mere rants on radio and TV won’t suffice; we need to take decisive action. Addressing the deep-rooted issues in our nation will undoubtedly demand significant and painful efforts to reset this country. Really sad!!

    I bought the Crown Northampton Overstone Derby 3 years ago during the Covid-19 lockdown. It took the manufacturer about nearly 6 months to make and deliver to me in the US. I wear my pairs daily for casual activities such as grocery shopping, drop-off boxes, running to the gas station, and even wearing to office work. It is the best footwear purchase I have ever made, just behind the Grant Stone Boots. The quality is top notch and very durable even I wear them everyday for Spring, Summer, and Early Fall.

    You're looking for suits in the wrong places mate. Hugo Boss, Tom Ford, and other popular fashion brands fuse their suits (i.e. they're pieces of shit). If you're going to spend thousands of dollars on a suit, you need to go to a proper, well-respected tailor. And there are many of them worldwide

  • @jtiv576
    @jtiv5764 күн бұрын

    Tom fords are actually full canvas. Like any suit brand, they do have sub lines, product that is sold at outlets, online discounted sites like YOOX. Any that you get from such places WILL be fused or half canvas. But Tom Fords are definitely up there. When you can find the good ones. Hugo Boss has their own full canvas made in Germany line, but it’s still fused and uses cheap canvassing. So yeah, stay away from Hugo Boss lol.

  • @tetsugakusasahara9151
    @tetsugakusasahara91514 күн бұрын

    @@jtiv576 Sure, but it's still better (and cheaper) to go to a tailor. Tom Ford suits are still RTW and the fit will not be perfect even if you get them altered, unless you're extremely lucky

    Isn't this stuff rather silly......I mean, the important guys today wear flip flops to work. Billionaires. Flip Flops. Who is wearing these suits you are hawking? Where, pray tell, are they wearing such extreme clothes? To Mar A Go Go? The Millinneals and the Zoomers' are slobs, not inclined to even own a suit from Sears.

    Your trousers are way too short - at least an inch too short. Also, the trouser leg widths are too narrow. It all looks a bit too tight. I personally would never buy suits in those colours. That's a matter of culture and taste but why not a light blue suit? Off white make you look like an old time preacher

    Crown Northhamptons are a pretender brand... Chris's great grandfather owned a small shoe and shoe repair shop. Chris has manufactured a 100 year heritage from this even though he only started Crown Northampton a few years ago. If you want legitimate bench made english quality you need to look at brands like Trickers, Loake, Church. Barker etc... I'd presume they are buying shoes from a Northampton OEM same as a house brand like Herring Shoes and slapping a BS heritage on it and charging $500 for a shoe you can buy from Herring or Loake for less than half the price.

    Custom tailored suits are the ones you have to go for. Because they are made for your size and body shape and will suit you the most. Everything else will never be a 100% fit Doesn’t matter if Tom Ford or not and just for the records if you want to have proper suits have a look at Kiton or Brioni my friend or even Suits from the savile row those guys made suits longer than even Tom Ford exists

    American Giant makes a fantastic hoody. Pricey but very good construction, heavy and warm. Nothing feels cheap about their hoodys. I also have a Champion hoody and that thing is trash compared to the AG. Champion is 50% cotton and 50% poly with a ton of pilling. It’s too loose and baggy but I keep it as a beater hoody for gym workouts.

    When shopping for cashmere sweaters stay away from Club Room, sold by Macy’s. I once purchased a one their sweaters on sale for $49.99 and after a few wears the pilling was horrendous. Under the armpits and around the stomach area of the sweater were a pilled mess so I trashed it. Little did I know at the time that I purchased cheap cashmere
