3:10 you say there is a notch which you point on the left side but there is also another notch on the right side that doesn’t wanna go in and slide in. How do you slide the right notch in?

I have the pass. Half of the flights I have booked have been delayed for +3 hours; the other half have been cancelled at the connections, usually in either Denver or Las Vegas. Everytime the flight has been cancelled I have had to book hotels at my own expense; sometimes for 2 nights. I learned that if my connection is cancelled is best to book a last minute flight because you are left to fend for yourself. The customer service lines at the Denver airport tend to have a waiting period of 7+ hours. The other caviat is that when you purchase a ticket uaing the pass they put you on standby. They wont tell you this but in the many occasions that they sell a full flight with normal fees you will get bumped. Frontier designed the pass to fill seats that otherwise they would not be able to sell at normal rates. That's why pass members get bumped or cancelled without notice. When that doesn't work they will use the excuse that your backpack is too big, even if it perfectly fits on the metal measuring box. Thats why many of us have seem people get denied entry to the plane with personal item that clearly fit their criteria. My recommendation is: if you get the pass and use it; upgrade everything on each flight to prevent issues and surprises. Budget around $100 to $150 extra per flight for all the upgrades. I have also seen flights leave early by 30 to 75 minutes on other frontier gates; leaving many paying customers behind. So arrive early and wait at the gate as they will not call out your name or make any announcements. The reason they sometimes leave early is that airlines pay to land and park the aircraft by the minute, so whenever they have the chance to save $$ by leaving early they will. They assess the cost of leaving customers behind vs paying for the minutes parked and make a decision. The pilots make bonuses on these factors and the gate employees make a $10 commission for every passenger they charge $100 for a carry on. The seats are extremely uncomfortable and no water nor food is provided. I hope this helps.

After a couple hrs (delayed responses at times) on Frontier's chat with agent option under Contact Us, someone from their Loyalty Dept. got me off the autorenewal today before another 499 gets billed tmrw. Go straight to Loyalty Dept if 1st agent isn't getting the task done quickly. Probably poorly trained.

The cancel auto renewal button and nearly the whole page under Go Wild is misssing the past 2 days at least. Saw it before, like in video. Feels like they've ghosted it just before the deadline to cancel grrr, #@&%. Was seriously considering signing up for the winter pass but feel disrespected as a customer so interest in being their customer again has dropped like a rock. Definitely won't if can't get this resolved quickly and easily w/o having to rely on disputing with credit card company...

Mine doesn't show that!😠 I even did (cntrl+F to find opt out, cancel renewal) and still NOTHING comes up. I tried contacting customer service by chat, what's app and still NOTHING! SO I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!! 🤦🏽♀️Can somebody Help?😒😔

It's suppose to be paid for already, it's just taxes and fees that's should be charged, I don't understand why there is a price for the ticket, every ticket for go wild should say 1 cent, not really a great deal
