    @@flatlinefiberco thanks for the reply. You have some valid points that I do agree with. Depending on how severe the wound is would definitely alter some priorities. Personally if I was treating myself I would wear gloves if the situation allowed it. It is possible to infect oneself. Yes that's what antibiotics are for but sometimes antibiotics do not always work. Hope you keep making content I do enjoy your videos.

    Ok, sooo I’m 98% sure I’m ordering this and a loaded out PIMP from you guys, cause…. Well y’all one of the only companies that has multicam tropic, and even better an American company….. anyway, quick question. If I were to molle this to my belt on it’s on space would I run the molle clips backwards? As in run molle clip through the belt first then weave this on? Since this doesn’t have an open bottom and top (like a mag pouch has)

    I don’t like your tourniquet hanger. Camo pattern is hidden and flipped towards body so it’s not worth paying the extra money. What I’d like to see is a single molle roll on top and bottom to mount our own TQ holder. Currently have a Coyote Tactical TQ pouch mounted on top using a malice Clip weaved between the bungee cord and it’s holding up fine.

Wildly varying results, it really DOES come down to so many different factors that we are only scraping the surface with length, twist, treatments, design etc. its got me pulling my hair out trying to find out what exactly the secret sauce is. It’s clear it’s no one part of the system but all parts working together in the most efficient and effective method to achieve the best results. And yet….all we have now is more mystery lmao

    what would be highest rated or best 16 in rifle / suppressor combo for similar build?

  • @flatlinefiberco
    @flatlinefibercoАй бұрын

    Factory rifle? I hear good things about the Defoor BCM and Radian rifles. If your doing a custom build I def can’t say enough good things about the Centurion MK12 barrels. For suppressors Im a huge fan of flow through cans. This KGM works great but the HUX flow cans. They provide the least amount of back pressure from what Ive experienced. I have not had experience with the CAT or Liberty Precision cans yet. Hope this helps

    How are you making your wind adjustments at 1000 yd? Do you have a spotter I'm telling you the adjustment or are you self spotting on a mil grid. Do you have any trouble spotting the impacts? What magnification are you working in? How far were you able to push the PMC x-tac. What was the typical group?

  • @flatlinefiberco
    @flatlinefiberco3 ай бұрын

    Depending on conditions I may be able to spot my own impacts but I’ll typically have a spotter. They will give me the adjustment based on wind conditions and impacts if I can’t see them myself. I will hold for wind because it changes quickly. Spotting is definitely a skill I have worked on a lot myself as well. I use a Mark 4 spotter with a TMR reticle. I have the same TMR mil reticle in my 2-10. I like it alot it allows me to observe the area around the target and isn’t cluttered with a big grid. Spotting my own impacts at 1,000 can be tough at times. If the conditions are right, Im shooting against a big dirt berm, and there is fresh paint on the steel it’s possible. I typically will shoot around 6-8x magnification at that distance. I have pushed Xtac out to 1,000, but I haven’t measured the groups. I have found it to do pretty great out to 900. If I want better performance at that distance or past I will shoot 77gr sierra match king. They group really well out of the 16” MK12 barrel. I will be shooting paper out at that distance sometime soon. When I do I will measure the groups for sure. Thanks for the questions.

I'm building a similar rifle (different scope, bipod, light but same idea) Great video Note: looked at Zev handguards...what website doesn't put the WEIGHT (or the material) of the handguard? I'll assume its heavy af if they intentionally left it off.
