This would not be possible in the United States, because that countries government would want their cut. before(with permits) and after with taxes.... as long as the house stands.

Funny how she doesn't sweat at all. This is like every other video like this on KZread. Just show quick shorts of the person working and then bring in the crew in the middle. They bring in like $300 a month in ad revenue, but it's enough to maintain their village. And we're like...."how did that little girl build that whole house without even sweating. Just go look at real construction workers...they get dirty and they sweat.

This shit is so fake.. lol. It's like the "Primitive Skills" fake videos... edit out all of the heavy equipment and the people who did the other 98.99% of the work.

milling those with a hand planer - anyone ever used such thing would know that it reliably removes 1/4 at a time, multiply that by 2 days per side and not burning out the motor and having to change out the rotating blade... wow just wow com'on suckers.

Were the beams and other hand hewned wood dried? The tongue and groved purchased wood probably was. Also how is the house tied into the foundation by weight alone? Amazing craftswomanship and work ethic! I never saw a mitre saw. To keep everything plumb by eye is incredible. A generator, a few electric and non electric hand tools, a chain saw, a few lights a wheel barrel and a scooter!

Clearly there is a lot here not shown, how to get the land, where the water pressure came from, where the electricity came from, where she cleans her clothes and lives in the meantime, where she got the concrete, wood and rocks, etc. But still... VERY IMPRESSIVE and really smart to film it to make money while doing all that work! Clearly she has done this before, likely more than once.

It was fun to watch but too many short cuts if you plan to actually live here. House is not storm proof, insect proof, nor is concrete well supported. The fill it was laid over will settle and the concrete will crack. This will be a very high maintenance structure in the long run. While building codes can be a bummer, they also are a protection for money spent on purchases. This might be a good getaway cottage, but not a good permanent home. Not trying to be negative but there are truths we have learned about construction. Granted this is in a part of the world where buildings my not have much longevity, just my 2c.
