You wanna be able to wax your opponent? Well that’s not gonna happen when every time you play online if a few things don’t go the opponents way then they quit. I’ll be up 14-0 and they quit every time. Edit - there have been times I’ve been down by A LOT and I still play through the game to give my opponent that victory. I’m not gonna quit. I use it as practice. So any of you who quit simply for losing just tells me that you are gonna quit in many many things in life just when things don’t go your way. I know that people make fun of him because of the thing, and it’s probably what kept him off this list. But Manti Te’o should’ve been on the list. ESPN’s reasoning for Suh at #1 is that he was runner up for Heisman on defense, but Te’o was too. Whether you think Te’o was deserving of Heisman runner up or not, or whether you make fun of Te’o for the thing, Te’o should’ve been in the top 25.

Only thing I disagree with, I don’t think he’ll get to 4k passing yards. So much of Tech’s identity is in pounding the run game, and we were more successful last year when he threw for less yards. 4k all purpose yards is absolutely achievable.

Hot take but AJ Mccarron? Dude won back to back nattys, has the best TD to Interception ratio in a season, has most of the bama QB records to this day, was one play away (kick six) from playing for his third straight title, and had a bunch of game winning drives in big games. Yeah he played for Alabama but those offenses weren’t like they were in the Tua/young era. He had Amari cooper for a short time but other than that you can’t name another receiver he had that anyone remember.

The hate for baker is kinda crazy Oklahoma had one of the worst defenses in college football history throughout his tenure plus if you watched baker was still able to have 300+ yards passing 50+ rushing yards, consistently every single game keeping Oklahoma in the top 10. I feel like you’ve only seen baker mayfield play in the college playoff, the man showed up every single game and performed he is well deserved top 3 at least I’ll give you cam newton and Reggie bush.
Baker is not top 3 player since 2000 bro. He had a great Oklahoma career, but he is not above those other players. He's barely top 10 there are so many I would take over him in college. I've seen a lot of Baker games he could win in season but never the big games. I'm not talking about Texas or in the Big 12 but when a national title is on the line. Each of those players had better careers and bigger impacts

Don't discredit what Burrow did raise up Baker. Burrow also beat Alabama, Texas, Flordia, Georgia & Clemson that year. Baker was never a better QB than Burrow.
