Red teamer is a apy
# NotThisTime
Very helpful and thorough explanation, thank you!
Can you refer or recruit me having vapt experience.
Thank you for sharing. You've earned another subscriber for sure.
From where did you got this package?
I was one of the early backers in the Indiegogo campaign they had. Was one of the first to receive it. Not sure where they are being sold today.
From where? Which company or seller?
Omg! This has to be the best video on explaining Red Team and the difference between the other two roles. I initially thought Red team was Pentest. After you explained Red Team all I could think about was Mr. Robot! Excellent video! No fluff just straight to the point!! Thank you!
Thank you for the feedback! ❤️
Great video David thanks!
Glad you liked it!
It doesn't seem to write to em4xx/t5577
I wanted one but seeing how slow it is, how long it takes to read and write, what I already have is superior.
How do you get a job? I know someone who got their OSCP and still couldn’t get a job.
Maybe actually study IT or cybersecurity at a university before applying for a job
Made it very easy to understand, subscribed!
Awesome, thank you!
Is wifi pineapple or adaptor, hacking devices flipper zero , hackrf are used in penetration testing ?
The Wifi Pineapple is used often, yes. The Flipper, sometimes, not as often. The hackrf, I personally have never used it in an engagement. Now USB implants, such as the rubber ducky or the Key Croc keylogger, I use very often.
Great stuff, I really like this gadget already Also for those who want to buy one, he didn't show it too much but the included cable is actually a very nice cable, it was a pleasant surprise ! It's got a built in usb-c to usb-a adapter, so you have a versitale cable that carries data for your phone and pc ! It's aslo nicely built, and the braid on it looks like a Cameleon's tail. Of course the gadget itself is very good looking and neat feels like I've had my money's worth edit : is the cable a USB to UART adapter ? That's even better, I didn't have that
really appreciate, now I don`t have to waste my time anymore on pen testing, I just wanna sit behind my laptop
Chameleon Ultra SE Have you checked it out yet
SE? Have not seen it. I got the regular Chameleon Ultra, and the Lite one. Was not aware of one being an SE version. 🤔
best explanation every, can u make a vid about the roadmap of each and what certifications to get. thanks, hope you will do.
Hello, what model or brand of RFID bracelet did you show in the video?
Hi! The bracelet is the one being sold by Red Team Tools (I'm not affiliated). Here is the link: www.redteamtools.com/hybrid-rfid-wristband-credential-t5577-compatible-magic-s50-uid-changable/
He is using what I call Sparrows art picks as an example, but most all metal lock picks are typically not as wide. Nothing wrong with the art picks, but they don't come in the basic pick designs, the regular Sparrows are a more standard width. Covert Instruments (and a few other companies like TOOOL) come with layered all metal handles that may be more comfortable. I prefer some type of thicker handle than non-coated Sparrows to prevent hand fatigue when picking a long time. I also suggest you stay away from mini picks until you acquire some skill with regular size picks.
This is why I am a physical guy, too old to learn all this stuff. Deviants books are excellent on lockpicking, but are there 101 level books on things like RFID readers and other electronic tools common to Pen Testers? I need to learn the alphabet before I can learn how to make a sentence.
So in my background, I came from pentesting and then moved to include physical security. To be honest, I have not seen any 101 books on RFID, and I consider myself a n00b still when it comes to the topic. I'm not a Pro at all, I just dabble enough to be able to get the jobs done. I would recommend checking out Iceman youtube's channel, as all the things he does is RFID related. One other youtube creater that touches RFID and other hacking, is 'Andreas Spiess'. I hope those are of any help. 🙏
Check out Tim Bryant's - RFID Field Manual
For viewers, don't ruin your titanium. How does one ruin it, let's say you have the Ti Pi set in a nice leather case, but then you want to add maybe a comb pick or a Quick Stik...wait, wait! The reason why you have Ti tools is to not set off metal detectors, but now you just ruined it by adding a steel tool. Carry magnetic items with other magnetic tools, not with your Ti. Go through a metal detector (not x-ray) and take your keys out of your pocket while the Ti tools stay in your other pocket. Clearly it is #NotThisTime as this is a six month's old video. lol Those Sparrow cards are cool, but better to carry tools in a form you can use over and over gain. If you do break your card, try to get a magnetic business card some venders give out, or use a piece from a magnetic bumper "sticker".
This is great David! I didn’t know you had this channel 🫡
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, been quietly making videos this past year, and trying to shift gears and make more content.
What's the make and model of your watch?
It's the Invicta Pro Diver 0420
Thanks 👍
Thanks 👍❤
Always welcome
Great explanation! 👌👌
Glad it helped!
Does it copy RFID code from another card RFID?
Yes it does, it's what I did in the video. The bracelet I used for the video is an RFID card, but it's designed to look like a bracelet.
@@DavidProbinsky Thank you my friend!
BTW they writing to cards was added to the official GUI before Christmas......
happy new year
Nice 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Love your content 😍
Glad you enjoy it!
you do know that CUGUI can write too? your video is very out of date...
I tried with it approximately 2 weeks ago, and was not able to write, unless the feature was added less than two weeks ago. I also checked docs.chameleonultragui.dev/#write-cards as well, no info on it.
@@DavidProbinsky It was merged on christmas, so yes, its very new...
La fonction « write » est également disponible sur l’application CU GUI
Ooh I want it
Well thanks you sir ,I follow you 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
i'm uday from india in this video you told about 1. types of locks 2.Picks and their variations:-Hooks, diamonds, balls, curves, and rakes and what about the concepts of Correct Angles? Types of techniques? How we give Moments and torque? if your planning to make video on this concept take your time pls make a video about digital lock system in hotel Thank you.
Quality of content & information is very good. add typography to your detailing it will be more understandable. PLS do more videos on lockpicking
Thank you for the feedback, noted!
No gun??
No firearms mentioned as I was trying to have a more broad audience. Similar to how Camera/Photography people have their EDCs, as well as people who do a lot of outdoors stuff and have their EDCs. My focus was mostly for Red Teamers, related to Cybersecurity.
Great video.
I just ordered the Chameleon because the Flipper is not able (yet) to do NFC-V I was able to copy a hotel key in Vegas but I needed to decode keys from the rooms card reader first. Very fun and cool. May finally get a proxmark and eventually a chip implant from dangerous things.
One of the good things about the Flipper is the amount of people working into improving it. Its getting updates all the time. I wish it could be the same with the Chameleons *sighs*.
Great work. I want to write my master thesis on this. I want to create a mobile app using the Chameleon ultra's SDK (hope its available for public) and then in the app there are few options for user like : Transport card, Access card etc. The user selects the option, lets say the Transport card. Now the user just has to fill certain details like Name, id etc and the app creates a dump of the card. The whole process doesn't require the physical presence of the Transport card as its generic dump is saved inside the app and the dump changes as per each user enters its detail. Can you tell me if it is feasible or not ?
Great thanks. Can I add my Somfy garage doors on it? Can I use it as a garage bip as well?
Google is your friend.
What about an edc multitool?
I honestly forgot to add it in the video, as I dont carry it with me on my person at all times. But I do keep it in the car. The one I use is a Gerber Multitool. Ill include it in a future video.
Very cool, thanks for showing this. I just ordered one 😊
Thanks, hope you enjoy it! I'm looking forward to being able to write on-the-go with it.
Great
Yeah but cant you do that with your hotel key with just the flipper zero?
It depends on the technology and type of cards being used by the hotel. I was at Las Vegas a few months ago for DEFCON, and I was able to do it at the hotel I was staying at, same with another friend at another hotel. It didn't work for some of my other friends at other hotels. Its a hit or miss thing.
So what do you use to flipper zero for in this video to emulate like the chameleon can't emulate? And can the flipper zero do everything the chameleon can if not can you tell me what the chameleon can do that the flipper can't? Or is what you're saying that they both can do different cards? Sorry one more, can the chameleon hack the reader? Thank you Where is what you're saying@@DavidProbinsky
They are two kinds of different tools. The Flipper can do RFID (Basic level), Infrared, Bluetooth, etc. The Chameleon can only do RFID and NFC. The difference, is that the Chameleon has the hardware to do advanced level RFID, but it has not been implemented yet in the firmware. Its still under development. The Flipper is a nice tool that can do many things, kinda like a Swiss Army pocket knife, but at basic levels. The Chameleon has less capabilities such as the lack of Infrared, but in terms of RFID hardware, its more advanced. The Chameleon is more focused for Security professionals and Red Team Operators who can use it during engagements due to size and features.
OK I get it thanks for your response, what about the pro mark three? I'm just opening up an online store so I have a whole bunch of this equipment I got flippers I got hack RF ones Prox mark threes some other random no RFID readers. But the hacker F1 is sure hard to figure out. I also ordered a bunch of the chips because it looks pretty simple to make a lot of this stuff I'm gonna start trying to with trying to make a solar power GPS tracker kind of thing@@DavidProbinsky
Hey ur video is really amazing❤Could you create a video explaining how to begin red teaming, including the basic necessities, recommended books, articles, and courses?" Thanks❤
Thanks for the feedback! And yes, I will be making a video on that soon!
Well explained.
Can i write into a rfid card with this device? The idea is to have and original card and make a copy, not emulate, read and write on another card
As of right now, the writing capabilities are not yet implemented in firmware. Ill be doing a future video once its possible. For writing, at the moment it can be done with the ProxMark, or the Flipper Zero (Depending on the type of card and technology)
Pencil and paper ? Thanks for sharing tech man 😀
