I couldn't understand the purpose of video. Although self explaining text, but accompanying audio walk through of techniques could have helped in better understanding. Also, where are the tools?

Hi Piyush, thank you for the feedback. We are sorry you couldn't understand the video. It was meant to explain the purpose and application of various business tools and techniques such as user stories, wireframes, models, prototypes, product roadmap etc in the context of the product development lifecycle. We are in the process of adding voice over to the animation with clear explanation and examples. Hope it helps. Thank you!

I think this is a Six Sigma tool not a lean development tool
