When I travel or go camping, my large pack carries everything I need for the trip, and I strap my small "hiking" bag, which I use just about daily for my walks and hikes, to the outside of the pack. Then, at camp, I just remove my hiking bag for day trips and/or hikes. Great video!!!

I really prefer the smaller looped lever. The large loop has too much "slop" in the hand action. And like Kane Wallace stated "Henry would eject perfectly just as designed if you would hold the gun in same position as when firing when you cycle the lever."

I enjoyed your video. I have a Big Boy 45L (full non-carbine) and it's a wonderful rifle. I do have one issue. I was in the Crotch (Marine Corps) for many years and we never called our rifles, GUNS. Hence "This is my rifle, this is my gun (as you grab your crotch) this is for killing, this is for fun" (grabbing your crotch again) I guess it's just a thing I have, but after 21 years of living it, when I hear the word GUN it's like nails on a chalk board. Semper Fi.

I'm a big fan of the Kaha 2. feels crazy how durable these are. I've had a bunch of brands before, my favs used to be Meindls, but because one of my foot steps a bit crooked, the sole would always go thin on 1 side of 1 foot within months. I've had these Kaha 2 for a year and half, wear them often and they hold up perfectly. Especially with the all black colorway, you wash them and they look brand new still. Also have the lows (which I don't love as much for some reason) and just bought 2nd pair of these

Its horrible to hold in you hand with that annoying safety button having to be pressed for it to work, I took it apart and removed the spring from the safety button and now it feels good in the hand and so much easier to ignite and use.

I have had two of these for about three years. I use them for golf. They are plenty warm enough. However, operating on the blue light, 1 level, I only get about 2:15 - 2:30 out of each one. That's why I have two. I do not find run time anywhere near what I would expect on the two sided, low level output. I generally use these at 40 - 55 degrees outdoor temperature. I'm not sure if there is a chart that shows what the expected run time is for each level at different temperatures. It would be nice...

They haven't been in production for a while now. Wasn't much demand when they were made by Bushmaster and after Remington started making them they dropped production almost immediately. If you do find one for sale used just be prepared to pay a hefty mark up considering they are rare now.

The fuel based handwarmer will not start a fire, it is really not “burning”, its more of a chemical reaction (catalytic) like in your cars exhaust system. And it does not get hot enough to burn anything. Especially if the cover is left on. Think about it, we put them in our pocket for 12 hours while running.

Ok review To help you use the gear first and do research on the construction of the product You are all over the place Color does not mean tactical its just a color The bullet proof term actually goes hand in hand with Viktos since all there bags take premier armor When talking about padding on straps they are reason why designers use the padding they use this pack is designed to be slung by one strap if need be . Not all packs need to be full clam . You definitely seem confused about the features I recommend re filming this video .

Another good fire starter that can be made from common household items is Vaseline/Petroleum Jelly and Cottonballs. Coat the cotton balls with Vaseline and pack in a small container. I use an old 35mm film container. To use just pull it apart to spread-out the fibers. A few sparks from your ferro rod and you have a flame. If you have enough Vaseline on it you can get a 3-5 min flame. It doubles as a first aid item. Can be used on your lips for chapped lips or coat bandage as not to stick to wound.
