    When using the transfer wizard on the phone it was to receive data it it did not go to the reader to read the QR code it did not default to the camera so I could read the QR code on the other phone and so I spent about an hour trying to do this and it doesn't work. There is nothing in this video to address this problem.

    I switch to total by Verizon because I have a home business where I need access to high speed 5G data and I pay for their most expensive plan which currently sits at $65. Immediately after getting home I realized that I was not able to use my phone for hotspot because the data connection kept cutting out or was too slow. So I downloaded the same tester you're using and right now my results are sitting at about 5 megabytes per second average download speed and less than one megabyte per second upload speed with a 50% package loss. For some additional background when I signed up I ported over my number from another carrier, this number is my main contact and has been for many years so I absolutely need this number. And because I brought my phone number and verified my identity they currently are running a promotion where I received a free Samsung Galaxy a35 5G phone. I have been consistently testing my network and my speeds are consistent with what I stated above, 5 Mbps download and 1mbps upload with 50% pack loss(data that doesn't transfer). Dealing with customer service has been nightmare each time I call I have a customer service rep who tries to walk me through the basic steps of turning my phone on and off removing the SIM card putting it back in going into settings and resetting network settings each time sitting on the phone with a customer service representative who access though I never called before because I tried to explain to them no I just tried this 2 hours ago, but the customer service rep will tell me that unless I follow their direction they can't help me basically saying that they'll end the call. Finally I get somebody to elevate the call and have someone else come on the line after I followed all the directions and that person again walks me through those steps again. After literally doing this for 5 days in a row and spending average 2 to 3 hours on the phone customer service each day I had a customer service rep say they're going to credit my account for the month as well as refer me to go into the store and get a new SIM card. I went to the store and was told that I had to pay for it because the store operates independently of customer service and so whatever customer service told me was not going to carry over into an individual store as well as my bill was due in a week and a half as there was no credit actually actually applied to my account. The phone number that I ported over was assigned with a carrier that had provided me free phone service as part of the California lifeline benefits as I currently work from home due to the fact that I lost my job from a disability and so I became eligible for benefits. I explained all this to the customer service representatives as well as the store when I purchased the phone and I was assured that my phone would provide me the advertised high speed access to 5G network as well as the reliability of the Verizon service. I considered switching over from a free phone service to the $65 a month plan and investment because my home business was starting to really take off and I had a lot of business that potentially could earn me some decent income at home after losing my job. This whole month has been nightmare dealing with them. Like I said I consistently of tested my network and I consistently have had this horrific data connection. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and am debating filing directly with total by Verizon to request an arbiter hearing. I'm writing this comment to basically show my own personal experience with them this month I live in Orange county California. I honestly don't know what is causing the service problems I'm experiencing. But through this whole experience I have picked up a few hints. First is the fact that total by Verizon has switched identities a few times. They were total wireless and then they went to Total Verizon as part of a business merge. Verizon currently has a lot of contracts with pay-as-you-go phones. And all of those contracts allow companies like Total by Verizon to borrow or rent towers but prioritizing customer use of these towers can get messy. The other hint was given to me by a customer service representative on the phone he told me that the problem could be my SIM card. The sim card that the phone came with seems to be from an older set which was assigned to have limited or lower access to the network. As well as my APN has been locked to a inferior network and the customer service representatives have not been able to unlock that APN or reassign it.

    That only works for Metro by T-Mobile. The T-Mobile version won't let you do that upon set-up.

    Go to system/device/app permissions, make sure mic access is GRANTED. that might fix it, depends on the phone.

    This happened to me right after reformatting my SD card thank you so much. It worked like a charm. Who knows that the screenshot button would also be the way you hard reset your phone.

    To me it's crazy that the processor on the a13 and a14 5g was better than the a15 5g. The mediatek dimensity 700 was much more stable and reliable than the mediatek dimensity 6100 plus. Everything looks great on it but you can find phones in the same price range that has better performance and dual speakers. The biggest upside to the a15 5g is having a great screen and the support.
