🌟Very cool brother thank you for for sharing ! I have never been to this house looks like a new upcoming Vlogging adventure
Glad you enjoyed it!

I live in Idaho, and it has gotten just as crazy here in recent years. The house I bought in Twin Falls for 180,000 in 2005 is now worth around 650 and the house I bought in Hailey in 2019 for 295,000 is now worth 750,000. I feel so terrible for the younger generation who can't even buy a Crack house shack cheaper than 350,000.

Commiefornia politics.
Housing prices are all about supply and demand. If the SALE prices are rising to obscene levels, it's only because people want to live in the area so badly that they bid up the prices to these levels. In Silicon Valley, salaries are so high that the buyers can afford to pay the mortgages. Don't like it? Then demand that CA pass laws mandating salary DECREASES, since CA has recently passed laws requiring salary INCREASES in the fast food industry!
@@demef758 partly true, the inventory of new homes is very low particularly closer to the coast. It’s so difficult to build new houses within San Diego city- counties and the permitting process for modifications to existing homes is off the charts.

We have to keep voting against all the bastard politicians who keep letting this happen to our great country!
@@Ncollins99 I hear you but I believe we are beyond voting. We are in a real state of emergency and I'm concerned about the country our kids will inherit. @@bklynjoe96 Hang in there and have faith in the system. Our founders had enough sense to realize that you can't trust governments when you give them too much authority over the citizens, who they work for. If we could get back to the Constitution we could right things a bit.

Look I don't propose to be a real estate expert BUT this home buying market (worldwide) is nuts. My two cents is to wait till bottoms out and it will eventually. Hopefully it won't be as crazy as 2008-2010, however it WILL eventually drop down.
Wow there are so many!
Cool! I didn’t even know that it was there.
@@pat8988 I was surprised too especially since it’s just sitting out there in the open.
There getting rid of the middle class and poor to make room for wealthy snobs. California wants to become the state that leads the country in stupidity and self indulgence. Like a giant Monty Carlo. They will of course need their steady supply of Slaves coming from across the border. And they wont have to ask people to leave they will just out price everyone who isnt super wealthy. Notice that they dont really complain at all about all the people and businesses that have left and are leaving. They know they can turn it all around after they get everyone out that doesn’t want to be there or cant afford to live or do business there. Then they will drop the taxes on the wealthy and invite the big companies back in with incentives and guarantees. The Government wont step in to do anything either because it’s a Democrat state.
I’m fortunate to own my SoCal home which was purchased in 2001. I’m only a homeowner because I am old enough to have been alive when these homes were affordable. I feel bad for young folks that want to be homeowners who are priced out of the market. Even well to do successful couples are screwed in this market.
The FED Needs to Raise Rates to push down home prices. Because Prices and interest have an inverse relationship and they determine your monthy payment only while you are making good money. Not what you can afford over 30 years with all the times when you are not working.
That house in San Diego County is 880-1.2 mil depending on the zip code lol
I can imagine I bought in 2011 in Winchester 4200 square ft for $220.00 today my house is well over 1.2 million but my house prior was in OC paid $430.00 and sold it a year later for $750.00 that was in 2005 in order to buy in Murrieta a 5200 square foot house for $369.00 so mad I sold it in 2011 for only $400.00 because that house is worth over 1.5, the moral of my story houses go up and down but I don’t think my kids will ever be able to afford a house with the raising cost of living. My taxes and insurance cost double my mortgage now😢 US is pricing everyone out of the market but the rich and Cali is one of the worst. However I would not want to live anywhere else.

It's sad but true and the reason I made the video. As much as it pains us to not see our grandkids, my kids live out of state, AZ, Ohio, South Carolina and NY. On their salaries they could afford nice homes to start their families. Sometimes you've got to make the sacrifices to get what you want.

At some point in most of America this will be the case and we will reach a tipping point where young adults will think this Nation’s survival is not necessarily in their best interest. They will not fight wars( even with a draft). At that point it won’t matter who has been buying up all the houses and farm land. Someone else ( most likely Chinese) will be running things.
