If no it is still called misappropriation mr ex gov. you gave airport contract to a company who was honest to say they lack the competence and he didnt refund government but transfering to your new projects.

Billions budgeted for Abia airport payed into 32 different bank accounts belonging to his cronies. 14 months unpaid pensions (many pensioners have died waiting for their pensions). The other day in a PDP meeting, he admitted he used the pension money for a different purpose which is a criminal offence b/c no one should touch anyones pension for any reason. Eight years of being in office as Abia state governor, Aba is the refuse bin of the country. I was in Aba in late 2022 and I was appalled by the dilapidated state of the my beloved God’s own state. Ikpeazu is the most wicked, evil and worst governor in the world. If not for the children of the some pensioners, more pensioners would’ve died b/c Ikpeazu stole their pensions. The blood of all the pensioners he stole their money will hunt him down someday.
