  Interesting video. I've recently purchased these tools and fast connectors and am eagerly awaiting their delivery. One thing I'm still unclear about is how the fiber is positioned within the plastic housing. Does it just lie there, and only make contact when you plug the connector in, with the fiber itself creating the necessary contact pressure?
