    The premise in this example is that each anchor point is “single function” and more than capable of supporting the load by itself. Therefore it is not a concern to have a load shift apply 100% of the load to either anchor point. The reason for two in this instance is to create redundancy. Alternatively, if the reason you were using two anchors in close proximity is because they are both “marginal”, then I absolutely would be concerned about uneven loading. Excellent point to bring up!

    Hi, Curios about the two single point anchors @ sub 30 degrees. Do y’all have concerns about overloading one side more than the other or are you comfortable because you’re operating way under strength capacity.     @@DShoey-gj6mr The Sirius is rated for 11-12.5mm (7/16"-1/2") rope. It also meets NFPA 2500 (1983) 2022 Edition G&T 7/16"-1/2" and ANSI/ASSP Z359.9-2021 on the same rope range 130-620 lbs. (59-281 kg).
