amazing, thank you so much. I must and go fo this same, in about a few days from exacly now. Before the 14th March, i must dp this. Atm i an also in Bangkok 💜🫂
Good clear explanation of the border crossing by train and with all the finer details of the visa requirements covered in detail. Hope you didn’t gamble away more than the cost of a hotel room at the casino 😂 Very helpful as in about a month’s time I’ll likely choose to travel by train from Cambodia border to Bkk.

Hey! I love this video, thank you. Just subscribed. Very resourceful video and gives me an idea of what I’ll be seeing a lot of. Also, I will be moving to Thailand to 2 months from LA so I’m pretty excited 😎 wish you were still here so we could link up!

Congrats on your soon to be move! I'm glad you got something from the video :) I hope you enjoy your time in Thailand too. When I was there, I went from Pattaya to Bangkok. In Pattaya it was alot more touristy where older non Thai people move to retire and the vibes were more lowkey. I loved Bangkok as it seemed like more to do and it had more Thai people and was a younger aged area. The weather is very humid and hot but the food and the Thai people are great and super friendly. Just be aware of Thai police in the more touristy areas as they often find tourist and pull them over frequently :)

@@mckaylasmithcampbell thank you, I will def keep in mind ab the police. Very resourceful. You seem black? How were you treated? I hear Thai are very nice people. and I know it’s humid as hell! was Bangkok a pretty solid metropolitan place? That’s where my apt will be

Yes, I'm half black half hispanic. Most people who live in countries overseas do not see foreigners according to race, instead their nationalities. Thai people don't care about race lol They just saw me as American, and will try to mention American associated things to relate ( sports, celebrities, movies, etc) same with alot of other countries lol. They are really friendly and just proud you are vacationing / living in their country. I first stayed in a hotel then moved to a hostel 5 minutes down the street when I lived in Bangkok and my experience was beautiful. There are so many eateries, hotpots, and of course the many malls (check out the Iconsiam mall - so many food vendors for cheap around $1.50!) , Chinatown, etc. There are so many nightclubs and smoke shops for nightlife. Just so many options to choose from lmao Best of luck to you!

If you guys are still in the area, you should go back and go to Tien Beach. The beach you went too has to many boats and tourist. The water is full of fuel and the area is dirty. Stay away from the pier beaches at Taween Pier, and NA Ban Pier. Also, get out there early before 1000hrs. The tide is all the way up, and it’s much cooler. I feed the beach dogs hot dogs and I just have fun with the locals.
