IDK, you can scream into a cup over your mouth, in such a way as to not allow air to leave the cup, in your room. You're knowledgeable, and you have the internet if you're not. Look up safe ways to relieve emotions, I can't do all the work for you. That is why I said it must be done alone, nobody else can do it but you. You can't feel an emotion forever, it will eventually wane. Once you have recovered and can be coldly clinical again, execute your task. It will hurt, but less than the first time. It will not be fresh pain for you. Understand the other human. Then move on. Cope how you will, talk with others maybe about your pain maybe about the weather.
