  19:58 I don't understand why 'only shoot when I shoot' familiars are allowed with charged attacks. In a pacifist run I imagine Isaac as someone without the intend to hurt anything. He stumbles over random items, he doesn't know what they do and some of them attack on their own. But he wouldn't even try brimstone because he doesn't attack. Those familiars only mimic what he does. They won't attack if he doesn't attack and if they attack, that somewhat implies he attacked in some sense. It's an odd rule choice IMO.

  On the moebius factor if you did engine of destruction you would have access to the wraith which should be able to shoot that creep tumor. Would also be killable if you had hive mind and used a muta or brood lord. But using wraiths, you'd have to beat the train mission and kill everything without air to ground, and I don't see that being possible.

  So with the first defeat of GLaDOS you actually did miss something, it wasn’t an explosion but rather a portal that somehow linked to the parking lot for the enrichment center. Considering how big the explosion would have been and valve showing that early on they did do some research. They likely would have shown GLaDOS being deposited across a much larger area.
