Never seen this before😮
Aortic dissection with severe AR
I saw a similar case but the patient was very young and was admitted because he complained of weakness in this right arm… ECG showed QT prolongation that’s what prompted us to do an echo and that’s where I found a dilated aortic root with dissection. The patient unfortunately didn’t make it to the surgery. 💔
I saw one patient septal hydatid cyst like this case, how will know this is blood cyst ?
I have never seen this before
Buenas qué modo ecográfico es el que se ve coloreado en rojo?
Are you a Christian?
QUÉ ES ESA IMAGEN EN EL VENTRÍCULO IZQUIERDO???🤔🤔🤔🤔☝️☝️
This was so helpful. Thank you
Reduced EF -anteroseptal wall Hypokinetic -global wall motion abnormalities -dilated LV -possibly Deceeased IVRT time due to volume/pressure overload in LV -increased LA Pressure -normal LV structure attached to apex 😅 -possibly patient is at risk for sudden LVOt obstruction due to apical thrombus embolism
You are left handed? 😊
I WAS HERE WHEN YOU WERE 700 followers!!!!
Great !
Your 2D images are so clear, which echo device do you use in your daily practice?
First, it's not a disease. It's an abnormality or a heart defect. I have the rare form of this (my thickness is at the apex). Got my second loop recorder implanted in May. Today I found out I have an arrythmia and need an ablation. It's a genetic condition (but not necessarily congenital). Symptoms include: Fatigue, shortness of breath and fast heart rate (mine is 170)
Aml doming and PMl restricted , aortic valve calcified i think moderate AR nd MR
Excellent ❤
Great❤
Looks nothing like a regular MV on the echo, why isn't it moving? It looks like its sealed shut
