Is it possible to ensure it dries well and incorporate all flavors (if adding oyster sauce) after cooking..and for it to dry out before frying..to place mixture in fridge for a couple of hours?

I love this idea. I received an air fryer for free last week with the purchase of my new washing machine. I have never had an air fryer before but I was very eager to try ways to prepare certain dishes without adding any fat. I've been perfecting my fat free potato fries in the last week. I was watching a Uyen Ninh just now and she was talking about deep fried prawn crackers/shrimp chips, and I was reminded of how much I love those. But I don't buy them mostly because it's a hassle to heat up oil and deal with the oil afterwards. So the idea popped up in my head to google if you could prepare them in an air fryer instead. Thank you so much for being honest about the differences between deep fried and air fried prawn crackers. I think I'll still enjoy the air fried ones a lot.

This is really helpful. I appreciate the explanations eg using fine rice noodles as it helps to mop up the liquid from the veggies, also letting the vegetables dry before wrapping for same reason. Very useful info. Thank you! 🙏 Note: oil temperature must be 300-325f or 150-160c

The Noodle House in North Bay had the best way I’ve seen spring rolls served, they had them garnished with pickled carrots and chilli oil. Great family owned restaurant!

i just want to let everyone fucking know....there is no such thing is an Eggroll. Thats just something a white boy call it. In vietnamese its called: Fry Ham....there is no fucking eggs in it.
What can I use instead of rose wine?
Rose wine adds an extra dimension of taste to the dish; nevertheless, it is totally fine if you skip it.

Chinese n Vietnamese dont use vermicelli noodles we use bean thread noodles also called glass noodles. If you use rice vermicelli you're stir frying rice noodles with cabbage etc. and not making spring rols your recipe is incorrect!😩
