It’s got orange peel
Thank you so much. I couldn't find anyone to replace it for me and I didn't want to install a generic brand replacement. Thanks

Great work!!!
Thank you Chad!
Can I use car primer, paint, and clearcoat?
Yeah you can it just won’t lay down as nice
Are you wet sanding or dry
We always wet sand.
Where are the mud flaps?
Does the front bumper need to be removed to remove the fender?
You can get away by just unbolting the sides
What liquids are you using, painted my car for the first time and have orange peel, know nothing about this and would appreciate some tips
So orange peel first dial up your gun correctly when clearing. If u still got orange peel sand with 1000,2000,3000 and we use the Rupes system
Buen video buena información solo faltó que cuando pongas las tuercas ponerle un papelito entre la tuerca y el socket para evitar que se caiga la tuerca
Oh man this is a good trick! Thank you so mucj
Is it the same procedure for a 2020 ?
It will be very similar
This guy taking the front bumper off doesn't say what he's doing what is encountering Chris perry, I mean it just visually taking it apart with no instructions what he's doing what kind of destruction video is this where he's not talking what he's doing ...
You said removal AND installation. You left out the installation part
Yeah unfortunately we were gonna install but time constraint
Until that compound goes away and that cloud comes back
This won’t come back
It’s crazy all that has to be done to replace the side markers and back up bulbs.
Yeah seriously. Honestly most high performance cars are like this
will this fit the 2012 cameros. if so is it jus the stop headlights that are used for this bumper.
Yes it will fit 2012
And this cost how much?
Go to www.Revemoto.com. The prices are there and customer service can help also. There is so many options to this bumper I don’t want to give you wrong price
Without measuring the paint thickness with a gauge you will be doing more harm than good by that.
We painted it so we know the thickness of the clear. If it was a panel we don’t know about yes a gauge is recommended
Is this car hybrid or petrol?
This was not hybrid
Is petrol and hybrid grille brackets different? Thanks
Definitely not 2019
What is the drive size for those nuts
Still see orange peel.
We don’t remove all
OMG same as the front what a nightmare of a design
Haha this actually not as bad as doing a Genesis
I have got the same issue, is that because of the paint behind the primer that caused this? If so do I have to strip off the old paint, then apply the primer?
This was due to over application of the basecoat. They went too heavy. In your case I would just sand down the area with 320 until it’s smooth and primer. If it’s the whole thing then strip or sand down entire area and primer
@@ReveMoto Oh thanks, so if I strip all of the old paint off and apply the primer, I would not get anymore wrinkles and fisheyes?
@@chris01479 Not exactly. Wrinkles as long as you don't lay the base to heavy that will help prevent it. Fisheye just make sure no water or oil in your lines
@@ReveMoto Oh right, I have got upol slow drying degreaser so when I clean it to remove the oil, water, dusts, fingerprint...etc, it will help to avoid the fisheyes?
@@chris01479 It will help, but remember your air line should be free of oil/water also. The compressor has oil and water in it, so make sure that is not being pushed into the air line. That is why you have a filter system to remove this.
I have the exact same color truck and did the exact same thing.
Oh nice! Yeah it makes it even more sporty
I had the whole truck blacked out from the factory and it wasn’t supposed to come with the fake chrome. But during the pandemic you got what you got I suppose. I was lucky enough to get all sorts of features that wouldn’t have been offered outside of the highest trim models though.
I might suggest a paint can opener over trying to pry that panel with a screwdriver.
I can still see it
Is it any harder to remove/install if you have a speaker on the inside part of the mirror??
No it’s basically the same just have an extra plug to remove
I hope you found that CLIP at 14:01 that fell into the bumper :D Nice video tho ! thanks
Yeah we did a little banging and heard it ahha.
The mirror gasket is a replacement part?
Yes it is you can get a new one or if you need the whole mirror. ReveMoto.com includes it with the mirror you purchase
@@ReveMoto I can't find the mirror gasket on your site. And the assembly mirror is more expensive than the original Honda part.
Can you put the side step bumper on a 2000 Xterra
I wish I could understand what you said in the beginning about why it wrinkled......something about primer and ecoat on the bumper
Where's s the removal process? The heck kinda video is this
Audio sucks
Thanks bro. Good vid. Will help me when I wrap mine today lol.
Bro how much to do mine for me and where are you located
Question. I just had my mirror replaced at an auto shop. Now, it's slower to respond and seems "tight." Like there's tension keeping it from moving smoothly when I adjust it from inside my car. It's also a bit louder than the driver side mirror when it's adjusted. Any idea what's going on? The auto shop said it was fine but it definitely isn't...
Is the mirror an OEM or Aftermarket? Either way if it’s making a louder noise and slower response. I would ask shop to get you a new one. These mirrors have warranty
Thank you! More explanatory than another video equally long in duration ( for assorted vehicles )!
Thank you we try to make it as descriptive as possible but not too long.
You would think he would at least clean up parts I was putting back on . I would repaint them myself.
Sorry I am not following. Can you explain more!
Will you guys paint match super white 040?
Oh man we do it all the time! Or most popular color
Is it necessary to have the fender liners where the bumper clips to? Will the bumper fall of while driving like 75 to 80 mph or will it be just fine
No bumper won’t fall off as long as it’s bolted on side, top and under side. I do recommend replacing the fender liner for debris issues
Is this the same for a pathfinder?
Yes it is
Hi friend, how are you? Can you tell me if I get a whole front of the Rav4 model 2018 with all the radiator... Will it fit the 2015 model...change the rav model 15 to model 18
It should fit as the year span is the same. Just compare the brackets.

Nice tutorial. I have to replace my 2021 ram classic front bumper. So I will buy one out of market, paint it and replace it. I will repair the old one and sell it used. It’s easier for me to buy one than repair my broken bumper in one shot. It would took me 3 days without front bumper while I repaired and paint my old one.
Appreciate the comment and glad the tutorial helps. That's awesome! Love to hear about the DIYs and pretty awesome you can do it all yourself
