Hi! Mawa, also known as khoya, is made by cooking milk slowly until it thickens into a solid. It's used in many Indian sweets. You can buy Mawa at Indian grocery stores or make it at home. If you don't have Mawa, you can replace it with condensed milk or milk powder mixed with a little milk to get a thick consistency. Hope this helps! 😊
