  Yeah 😂 I'm not an expert but I told the solar sales people my mom's house wasn't a good fit for solar because the roof is too small. So they spent a lot of time and manpower figuring out the roof was too small. 😂 You would think they wouldn't be canvassing our neighborhood at all.

  I make around 40-60k/month regularly. Its definitely possible but it all depends on your grind mentality and personality. You have to be able to connect with homeowners and break down the cost analysis to explain to them exactly how much they would be saving and this is why.

  I had a guy knock on my door, he said “hi, I hope you’re doing well, do you own your house?”, I said no I rent, he said “well I wouldn’t want to buy my landlord new windows and I imagine that you wouldn’t either, have a nice day!” And then he left, which I appreciated

  I would love to see how they sell in Oklahoma with power at 8 cents per kwh. We do, but it's a tough market and the first year savings is not much if anything at all. Here, the lease doesn't work either because of the low cost of power.
