It's been awhile since I've watched but what's the prices look like in Clermont? Does this house include Mello Roos or property taxes? I heard property taxes are sky rocketing over there

I like the way this builder constructs. Often times, in a strong hurricane, it is the wooden roof that compromises the house. In concrete homes you can be safe in a cat 4.
Are the inside walls drywall or concrete ?
Questiins: are there other homes like this? Really dont want to be a first for a new building type. My neighbors apt was condemned due to issues with crumbling concrete. Also, what about flooding. Many homes if they withstand winds are destroyed by floods. Did you say the town? Ill rewatch.

Very glad to see you do a video on these type of walls home construction. We have these types of walls for our daylight basement home in Tennessee. They are very energy efficent and strong compared to wood or block walls.

I am planning to move to Central FL I live in Miami after your point of view I think I will decide to move to Clermont but after seeing all the reviews from home buyers I am scared to buy a house from all those builders, my concern is I have a house in Miami and never had a problem to sell my house to buy a problem because you are not buying a house you are buying a problem I don't know if I can be oriented from you it is no only for me a lot of people are scared to move on. The connection road from Sawgrass Bay to Flemings scheduled for 2026 is false. There was a meeting with residents, Lake and Orange county officials yesterday that did not go well.....18 to 24 months or double that to connect the road. The Orange Country side needs to take land by eminent domain which can take 2 years from now just to acquire BEFORE any construction starts....

I don't understand a bathroom on an outside wall that has no window, not even a fixed pane of glass over the shower. Why? The other question I have are the number of vehicles parked in the driveways. Are the garages too small or do people have too much junk? Nothing says tacky like cars parked all over the place. If the HOA provides for the cable, who watches that anymore and internet, is that the only choice? Who is the provider? Is it the local cable company or one of those "little" outfits like they have in apartment complexes?

Another great video. You guys are spot on with your expertise and advice. And I agree, big savings in the Mascotte/Groveland area but still a quick and easy trip to take advantage of all of the exciting food, shopping, and parks in Clermont. Plus, as this area starts to take off I'd expect more amenities to become available nearby as well. The Florida Agents have you covered folks 🙂

$600 car insurance for my new teen driver! My adult insurance is now $280 a month. I’ve never even had an accident or a ticket! Don’t even get me started on homeowners insurance! FL is OUT OF CONTROL! You can sell my house! I am an only parent, absolutely working like a dog to support my child in the most inflated state in the entire nation…. FL! So disappointed, it used to be so affordable here just a couple years ago. We need to be rescued from these insurance prices and inflation. Groceries are outrageous! A desperate mom working way too hard. Can’t wait to get out of this state I used to love so much. 🥲🥲🥲. My daughter & I are packing as we speak 🥲🥲🥲
Wendy's is coming soon on W Colonial like across from Tesla. Also, looks like there will be a Sonic (I have been hoping for one of these nearby!) but I'm not sure when or where. Looks like it was supposed to be on Hwy 27 but I can't find anything for sure on where because looks like maybe it was supposed to be last year...??? Anyone have more info on this?
