So the cheating fighter has more time to land a lucky shot or to inflict damage that would not be available to him if he wasn’t on PEDs. Also this is combat sports not tennis baseball or basketball where the danger of serious injury is spread amongst the team or the danger is not even present in the case of say tennis.
