Because Cinemax gave it literally no promo and then left it to die so nobody watched it and it got cancelled. Load of fuckin shit, it would’ve been a massive hit on hbo who owns Cinemax or even something like Netflix. There was so much more source material to adapt as well. Most bummed I’ve ever been about a cancellation. This show deserved so much better. Incredible everything all around, acting/directing/music/cinematography. I’m still fuckin sad this got cancelled. Logan Marshall green’s performance is right behind McConaughey in true detective s1 as one of the best performances ever on tv imo. Just a tragedy this phenomenal show got left to die on fuckin Cinemax, they’ve made it almost impossible to stream since then too so still almost nobody has seen it, it deserved so much better.

Man I’m just still bummed out about that shit years later, the show deserved so much better, would probably still be on today if it wasn’t left to die on Cinemax. Legit the most bummed I’ve ever been about a cancellation and I still think about that show all the time. To top it off it’s been impossible to stream still to this day so nobody has been Able to watch it, the whole thing is bullshit. Fuck Cinemax for how this show was handled.

I also think about it all the time and the worst part is that we can't even stream it. This is one of those things that just don't make sense. There are so many shit shows on HBO and they cancelled a brilliant show. Make it make sense HBO?

Pelear la verdad es que peleó poco. En 1.944 saltó en paracaídas sobre Holanda y al día siguiente fue herido y capturado por los ingleses. Sobre la herida no he leído mucho pero me imagino que no sería nada grave porque no se le veían secuelas o cicatrices visibles. Eso sí, le tocó pasar año y medio en un campo de concentración. Intentó enfermar pasando las noches desnudo al raso, bebiendo orina o comiendo cigarrillos para que así lo devolviesen de los primeros a la derrotada Alemania pero no tuvo "suerte". Aprovechó ese tiempo organizando espectáculos teatrales y de variedades con los que animar a sus compañeros presos.

Too fast for my taste - I liked how they played it on stage with Mc.Geoch who also played "half note down" and back - Smith does a good job here too, but it just doesn't get that feel.

Pulled to BITS is tattooed on my back. Its my rebellion to being gay. Think about it, your are pulled to bits, gays want you to be like them, others want you their way, and you want to be you. I found Siouxsie and the Banshees at the perfect time in my life. Found meaning in all the early work, to get me through to be here today. I guess if I hadn't Lands End, would have been played at my funeral. So to edit and add so no one misunderstands my view. This is about MY feelings at the time and they pull through today. I still blare this song as I drive even at 50 years old. So again, it is MY feeling. Punk was a rebellion movement, and this song is my Anthem to MY rebellion, interpreted as I hear it.
