Make sure the hands of the rider are touching the front of the sled so it is able to latch on. Also make sure you're using the correct Line Rider version.

This movement reminds me of Angry Birds Surf and Turf chapter 3, which uses a background scene consisting of a thunderstorm raging over a beach.
