  Help!! I installed this and charged it… hadn’t set up yet with app or fingerprints….forgot I needed batteries… went to the store to get some…. Hubby closed the door with backup keys inside the room :/ what can I do?? Can I order another one n use that key to open it???

  I got mine an it was missing the thumb indicator both door handles were smooth! I returned it for a refund!

  I have one that works fine but after it sets overnight I have to push the button on the inside of the door to wake it up. Anyone know what is going on??

  That's not true, you obviously don't own one. The USB emergency unlock doesn't just unlock it, all it does is provide emergency power to read your fingerprint. You must use a key to bypass the fingerprint

  Screws need to be in first to check if it’s working amd didn’t function without batteries for the outside handle .
