I thought Ourea and Gaia got together and had Nesoi according to Hesiod? I’m not 100% but I have been doing some research and just would like some suggestions

I speak whenever I see fit. The Theogony of Hesiod is just another version of the Bible, only it’s about a different ancient god of mythology that Constantine didn’t use to unify Rome under one religion in the Fourth Century. The fact that millions of adults still believe in gods of mythology today, like the Hebrew god, is embarrassing. Fortunately nones are the fastest growing religion on the planet. I just can’t believe the ridiculous nonsense, known as religion, lasted as long as it did. Thank goodness for science. It’s like the modern day tree of knowledge, but without the talking snake asking, “how do you like them apples.”💪🍎😂

I’ve read the manuscript, (available on Google), which was written between 750 and 700 BCE, before the bulk of the Old Testament was written, and it sounds just like the Bible. It’s filled with hymns and praises to Zeus, and other Greek gods, and crazy stories. There’s literally no difference, except the gods in this literature were Greek gods, and not Hebrew, and the crazy stories were a little bit different. There’s piles of other literature on ancient gods of mythology as well. The Shiva Purana is a good one, (also available on Google), and there’s many, many others. These gods are just as substantiated as the Hebrew god so many still worship today. The Hebrew god was only made popular amongst many Western cultures by Constantine in an effort to unify Rome, (using one religion). It was affirmative action, and apparently his sub-conscience told him it was the right decision in his dreams, (probably because he knew subconsciously Rome needed a religion that favored the poor at that time). It had absolutely nothing to do with evidence. It’s embarrassing how many people still worship a god of ancient mythology today with all the discoveries we’ve made, and advancements we’ve achieved. I’m glad religions are fading, but it’s shocking that they lasted this long, lol.

Why are you so insisting with Poseídon as a rapist? In some versions Medusa consented, and in most Zeus and Apollo are quite rapey as well

For the monoglots: Hades and Thanatos, don't personify the same thing. It's because English doesn't discriminate between the two (i.e. only has one word, because it's culture is demythologized). Thanatos can be considered biological in-built death (result from senescence), where as Hades is death of higher (psychological) functions. From Hades you can return, from the other not. I.e. parts of psyche or ego can die off. Going to Hades can be a good thing. Perhaps he's misunderstood by superimposing the Christian mythos of Hell and Lucifer, who are are not embraced by Christians.

I don't understand why they translate χάος(Khaos) as Chaos. Yes it sounds the same but these mean different things so it isn't a good translation. χάος is more like a chasm, it is emptiness. "Nothing" would be better than Chaos.
