Link for the knife is on my comment pin on the top. Just copy and paste because YT would not let people click on link unless we pay them.

Fail video. It left out total time cooking, the final step into a 425*F oven and checking internal temperature (120*-125*F) for rare to medium well as desired. Also, never ever salt a steak just moments before placing into a searing hot pan. Salt either AFTER you’ve seared it on both sides for the first 2 minutes or better yet, salt several hours BEFORE you’re ready to cook it. The video also forgot to mention that you let the steak to settle down for 5 minutes on a wooden cutting board immediately after it’s removed from the searing oven stage. Baste in butter every two minutes. Continuous basting basting basting. Now that’s a good steak!

WOW! You have a 0.74 lb steak. Mine is three quarters of a pound, i.e. 0.75 lb. Will this still work?

Extra tip USE AVOCADO OIL, higher smoke point and won't smoke out your house. Also you can salt and leave in the fridge a few hours before cooking so the salt penetrates the meat.

Thats a terrible comparison. Theres a reason why people from most of the world migrate to us/canada/Scandinavian countries, cause we earn shit money. Who cares if 1 month of my vacation is payed, when you can easily earn my months wage in a week... Go become a Brazilian citizen, then boast how you get a months wage for no work. Oh wait, ofc you and anyone whith 5grams of brain wont
