  Quick note on how to use this sub efficiently :) This sub was made with one of my latest experimental formulas which I believe is very potent, so it is important to use it as intended to get the most out of it. For this formula, it is important that you listen with a flat, neutral sound profile! Try not to use equalizers to bass boost, treble boost, vocal boost, etc. There are specific frequencies in the audio that can be distorted if you use equalizers. It is intentional to hear slight mumbling, as long as you don’t understand what they’re saying. If your brain seems to be auto-guessing the mumbling, lower the volume as needed and try not to hyperfixate on the mumbling. Minimum requirements are to use headphones (with stereo sound) and listen at a comfortable volume. Other tips, notes, instructions, etc. are written in the description, so be sure to read them!

  How many days will take the results

  It depends on the individual. For some people it can take a few days to start seeing results, for some it can take weeks, months, etc. Two of my testers took about 3 days of listening overnight to see the first minor changes, which is their skin clearing up. One of them even had the sudden motivation to start going to the gym (Positive and disciplined mindset is one of the benefits of this sub). Major changes like facial structure will usually take a few months to see significant change.

  Quick note on how to use this height sub safely and efficiently :) Firstly, it’s good to have an idea of how tall you want to be. You can bundle this with other height subs as it does not include affirmations for specific heights. You can stop using this sub once you’ve reached your desired height and affirm to yourself that it is done. For this formula, it is important that you listen with a flat, neutral sound profile! Try not to use equalizers to bass boost, treble boost, vocal boost, etc. You’re supposed to hear subtle voices that sound like unintelligible mumbling. If you can hear soft mumbling but can’t understand at all what they are saying, that means you are using the sub correctly. (Also, if you want to play it safe, make sure your height playlist doesn’t include subs for different heights because the affirmations for specific heights may clash with one another. This is so that your body knows when to safely stop growing at your desired height.) Other tips and notes are written in the description!

  Hey there, sorry for the late reply. I'm gonna be honest with you here. I haven't specifically had testers for my height subs because major changes usually take longer to see results. I have, however, had testers for my other subs like my clear skin sub and money sub, which usually show results within a week or two.   Hi! I usually look for free ones online. You can search 'free sounds download' and there'll be many websites you can choose from. It can take a while to find good, clean sounds, so you have to look around in different sites.

  Most people take around 1week-1month to start seeing results, but everyone's different. I took around 8 days to start seeing results so I hope you'll see yours too! Super sorry for the late reply btw! 😫
