  I have all sorts of different tools and chemicals for especially dirty toilets, but because I do commercial cleaning, and I clean the bathrooms of these offices multiple times a week, they never get too bad. Thanks for your question!

  I use a variety of cleaners from many brands, but the bottles you see are by a brand called branch basics. I don’t use brand basics, I just like the size of their bottles haha.

  If you are going to do straight pulls downward. angle the squeegee so it's lower by an inch on one side so it won't leave a line. Forces the water toward the wet side.

  The chemical this office provides for floors seems to build up on the floor and get a little sticky. To avoid this, about every third time I mop with water only. Nice catch!
