A walk through the trees is always so relaxing. It's interesting that it is rumoured to be a filming location. Lovely to see the bluebells. The bunkers look interesting. Beautiful reflections in the water.Thank you for sharing. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thank you it is a hidden gem. Despite it being a beautiful sunny day I only encountered a couple of people. It is not well known at all. A great place to film undisturbed.
Chào bạn nha ❤❤❤❤🎉
Hello
This is very funny. I lived in Bix Village in the 1970s. My Mother was a teacher at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic school in Henley and she would take students to this site, as it was a former plague village and it formed part of the school's brilliant history teaching program. There was one occasion when some unruly students moved some of the gravestones while she was waxing lyrical about the history of Bix Bottom, and the stones movement was picked up by the Henley Standard, (the local paper). They ran a story the following week about occultists operating in the church remains based on the movement of the gravestones. We (our family) have always chuckled about this as the paper turned what was innocent vandalism, into occultist horror!!!. As a born-again atheist, I've always found spooky tails of St James's Church hilarious. It's a site deserted because of tragic circumstances, and reoccupied by nature, as the whole world will be after our passing. Peace out x
Thank you for sharing. What a great event with lots to see. Beautiful countryside walk too. Have a lovely Sunday. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thank you Dave and Dawn. I need to get out in the sun and start filming today.
Gorgeous … similar to my walk I did at Aqualate Mere last week. X
I havent been there it looks close to Newtown.
Beautiful bluebells ❤
Thank you for sharing. Beautiful countryside walk with stunning views. Have a lovely week. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Swindon never looks so good if you have it in the distance.:-)
Nice sharing my friend 😊👍 Like and happy weekend 💖
Thank you. You should enter for Eurovision, especially with your ABBA medley , I don't think the 90s rave entry will be enough this week for Austria. It's been 10 years since Christina Wurst, Did you also subscribe as I just hit 100 subscribers?🪗🪗
The music goes so well with this atmospheric video. Really enjoyed this. Thank you for sharing. Hope you have a lovely week. Best wishes Dave and Dawn♥
That's funny as I had a copyright strike on my first attempt and swapped it out for a free midi version of Thomas Lamentations which i converted from piano to synth voices which seemed to work much better.
Thank you for sharing. Looks amazing ❤
Thank you, I was just using up old footage.
It is free to visit there too.
Love this ❤
Thanks
I can also do a teleport as you can see in my Cardiff video kzread.info/dash/bejne/i3mYo7iJipuvibg.htmlfeature=shared&t=81
This really is a delighful place. Beautiful buildings. Love the blossom. The walk through the trees is so relaxing. Stunning parkland with gorgeous bluebells. The reflections on the water are wonderful. Thank you for sharing. Hope you are having a good week. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
It took a little while to do the video, I even went back a second day as there were two pagans doing a private ritual at the Yew that i did not want to disturb out of respect.
Visited here for the first time ever in September a wonderful place
Thanks.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful video. Stunning park. Those painted ceilings are wonderful. Some amazing artwork. Hope you have had a lovely weekend. Best wishes Dave and Dawn♥
Thank you. I visited the Magna Carter oak. I video will be up soon. Enjoy yourselves.

Hi we love a walk in the woods and enjoyed this very much. So nice to see the blossom. Looks like you have had a lot of rain as well. We loved the dog 🐕. Thank you for sharing this with us. Hope you have had a great day. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thank you Dave and Dawn, it was just a short local trek. It would have been longer but the mud was terrible, I nearly came a cropper. It is STILL raining too.
Charming concept, much like the knitted covers of post boxes!
Happy Easter Marie xx
Hope you've had a lovely Easter. The crocheted toppers are amazing. Such lovely colours. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
I’ve never been inside but visited the grounds and the park it’s a lovely place 3:22
My dad didn't see the garden I promised i would take him back there. Which i might as ashes. :(
Hi thank you for sharing this with us. What a lovely place. The ceilings were beautiful. We loved the dining room and the room with the glass roof a fantastic room to display the paintings. The gardens were a treat. Hope your weekend has gone well. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thanks for viewing. If I go back then the repairs might have been completed. I was visiting my mother to take her to hospital out of duty rather than love.
Brought back some memories lovely part of the World I was Stationed at what was RAF Medmenham for four years back in the 1970,s
Doing my family tree I had a relative who died there during the war when he was on the aircraft. It is a few miles down the M4 from here though. RAF Woodley is nearly and I plan to visit the museum soon.
Thanks for visiting BTW.
Was interesting to hear about The Marlow Donkey. We smiled at the joke. Thank you for showing us around. What a lovely place. Beautiful blossom and was a treat to see the swans. Stunning views from the bridge. You saw some cute dogs. Gorgeous houses and the daffodils in the church yard are so pretty. We enjoyed this so much. Hope you have a good week. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thanks you for studying it. Ulrika Johnson lives in the village and we saw her but she looked busy and we respected her privacy.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful place. Some wonderful statues. The gardens are so lovely. Sorry for the loss of your father. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thanks He enjoyed that day at Cliveden.
This was so lovely Marie. Footage and Music were great. Are you on the next Ramble?
I'm in 2 minds my mother has a hospital appointment the next day and it is a bit of a trek South but it does look very interesting and I would like to meet up. Might be a rain check on the day.
Looks like an amazing place Marie. My condolences to your father ?? xx Hope you had a lovely time xx
Will you visit here again?😍
I live nearby. They are doing building work so you cannot see as much as when I went. I do NOT want to film any of the children. EXCLUSIVE: Prince William was behind me as I drove past today collecting the children. I believe. It is good they are trying to give them as near normal life so I do NOT want to intrude on that. I know there is A LOT of speculation about Kate at the moment. Despite the media attention they are not the richest and certainly not the most powerful people in the UK. The amount of privacy invasion negates a lot of the luxury they enjoy. What is your interest?
Love this. That blue and gold ceiling is beautiful. Was interesting to see all the photos too. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thank you for sharing. Love the sculpture. The water looks amazing with the reflections. Some very pretty flowers. A beautiful place. You got some good footage of the train. Hope your weekend is going well. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
I spent many a hour trying to get through Dachet at rush hour blocked by the train. If they sorted the traffic problem it would be idea. The spring flowers had just bloomed that day. Thank you for watching.
Saw this back in the 90s. I love it when artists step away from the canvas and apply their art to other manifestations. This is an exceptional work by Watts.
I see them as the hippies of the Victorian era. A carefree commune of free love. They now have the DeMorgan collection there so they need a revisit from us. Wightwick Manor in WOlverhampton also has lots of arts and crafts. I didnt manage to film inside on my video. Birmingham Art Museum does. (Unless they have to sell the lot due to their budget deficit)
The good news is the pre-Raephites are going back on display at Birmingham Art Gallery the bad news is it is £11 a pop. I'm all for the beleaguered city trying to make ends meet but this puts art out of the reach of the masses. I'm sure financially they would make more money if this was the price of a coffee £3. They would have more than 4 times the visitors. In this cost of living crisis. www.birminghammuseums.org.uk/exhibitions/victorian-radicals I'm still thinking of going.
I love the pre raephites. I love Milias Oephilla. I am very distantly related to him via a cousins marriage. Lots of leaves under water stuff that you are especially skilled at.
Actually it might be worth me buying the Birmingham Museums ticket at £35 as that includes other locations I wish to visit join.birminghammuseums.org.uk/
Thank you for sharing. What an interesting building. Some lovely flowers. Hope you have a good weekend. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
There is lot's of art and sculptures inside that I was not able to film so you should visit. I'm just recovering from flu. Take care yourselves.
Watts Gallery came second in the final of the BBC TV series Restoration Village in 2006.
Hi we loved the spectacular frontage it looked so grand. Some lovely interiors. Wow the gardens had some beautiful colour especially the roses and foxgloves. The church had some amazing stained glass.Thank you for sharing with us. Hope you have had a good Sunday. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
You just missed out on buying Colin Firth's shirt so that you could recreate that famous scene in Pride and Prejudice if you visit. The gardens were in full splendour as they had just finished filming Brigerton there the week beforehand. You will see it like this in their show on the 3rd May 2024 (I don't watch it BTW) www.theguardian.com/film/2024/mar/05/colin-firth-wet-shirt-pride-and-prejudice-up-for-auction Thank you for watching.
Good to see the range of your works. I especially liked the dramatic sky in the landscape at 0.13. Don't stop experimenting!
That was copying a work but I was only 5-7 when I did that.
Some great work there Marie, some take me straight back to the 70s. £21,500 for a house eh? X
1:02 It might even have been early 80s.
Hi thank you for sharing your art with us. Was good that you have kept your art throughout the years. Beautiful sharing. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
What a beautiful blue sky. Gorgeous countryside. Love the poppy fields. Stunning buildings and wonderful reflections on the lake. The dancing looked fun. Thank you for sharing this stunning video. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thank you. This was shot in summers of the last 10 years or so. The poppy field was stunning and in its prime.
