Pretty much every location is still recognisable today albeit with a bit more clutter and cars

Well Mick, here I am again, missing my home country and getting my fix from your video. Thanks mate - it really helps with the homesickness. Regards. Johnny. 🇬🇧🇨🇦

That's just caused a bit of arguing about which streets some of those pics are, between me and 82yr old father 😆😆😆 Shame they moved so fast had to try and pause shots to get a good look at details in the pics. Thanks for sharing.

I spent my early childhood at Harden Coach House in Austwick from 75 til 79 so these old pictures of the area are deeply cherished. Thanks Mick

Lovely collection and the music pulls it all together - nice job. I spent part of my childhood in Skipton - went to ‘school’ at Eshton Hall near Gargrave ‘59 - ‘66. My great aunt and uncle had the Red Lion for several years mid 50’s to mid 60’s. I’ll get back to Skipton one day - it’s on my bucket list. Regards from Canada. John. 🇬🇧🇨🇦

13:53 has me stumped. Anyone any idea? Keighley Road? Though I've never seen it like this before!

@@christinecox6049 Could it be the gala coming down towards the canal bridge on Keighley road. They used to set of from the playing field up near Horse Close.
